Lauren is the perfect host. The place is great with plenty of room for guests to be together or retreat to their own rooms for privacy. We have now stayed here twice and I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else when visiting Nashville. Its a short 10-15 minute drive to the honky tonks on Broadway and walking distance to Vanderbuilt University.

We had a fun 60th Nash bash for one of our girlfriends. There were six ladies, and the house was perfect for us. Batch Babes did a fabulous job decorating the living room with a fabulous elaborate pink, cowgirl themed birthday balloon arrangement. The birthday girl was absolutely thrilled. The only snafu was our large refrigerator in the kitchen stopped working and they were unable to get the part that it needed. Lauren made sure that we got a new fridge delivered and was very responsive to our needs even giving us a few extra goodies. Even though there was a large group next to us, we didn’t hear a noise and slept well. We appreciated the cleanliness of the house and fast responsiveness from the hosts.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday with her friends. The house was spotless, cute, and in a perfect location. We were close to downtown Nashville and other great spots nearby. The host was wonderful, and we would definitely stay here again. They went above and beyond!

Large home with so many KING BEDS! Made for a very comfortable trip for our group. 3 couples and we all had our own king bed and bathroom. Treats and beverages were much appreciated upon arrival. Lovely home! This is the second time we have stayed in one of their homes. Both times have been very positive. Owner is always quick to respond and extremely accommodating. Overall, great location and beautiful property with an excellent property manager. The manager was attentive and accommodating, and the home was clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. We arrived to find drinks and snacks for our pleasure and absolutely no “to do list” upon departure. Highly recommended for a great location and relaxing stay.

Spacious and comfortable

Lots of room for everyone to have their own space but it still had a comfortable living area for when we all wanted to spend time together. The location was an easy Uber ride to any attraction we wanted to see. Would definitely recommend this property and we would also stay there again.
