Estero Island Beach Villa #606 is a remarkable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, open-concept condo that overlooks the beautiful Matanzas Pass on the bay side and the Gulf of Mexico on the beach side! This 6th-level condo is located on the much-desired north end of the island. The tiled floors throughout the unit pave the way to countless updated features including 3 brand new smart TVs. The fully equipped kitchen has every amenity needed for an extended stay or a short getaway! The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom has two double beds and the living area is equipped with a sleeper sofa, allowing this unit to accommodate up to 8 people. This condo also includes an in-unit washer, as well as covered parking to ensure a hassle-free stay! Stepping outside, you can soak up the sun at the beachfront heated pool or cookout at the BBQ grilling area! Not far from your front door, you will find the 7-mile stretch of sugar-sand beach and a tranquil nature preserve featuring a boardwalk and trails! With just a short walk or a quick trolley ride, you will be sure to enjoy lively downtown Times Square, as well as many local shops, restaurants, and island activities!

Beach Getaway

Location on the beach was great. The unit itself was very nice and well appointed. The only negative was there were too many knickknacks. Every table and counter were covered with them. A vase got broken when the wind blew it over. Other than that it was a great place and we would stay there again.

I first noticed the cleanliness and how everything looked very new. Then I noticed the spaciousness. I knew this would be a great visit. It was obvious to me that this owner cared about all the small details and quality of items. I was impressed and thank them for going that extra mile.

They thought of everything!

The only thing that could’ve made this a more perfect stay was if the weather would’ve been nice which obviously can’t be controlled. The owners literally thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our favorite part was sitting out on the balcony and listening to the waves. We even saw dolphins one morning. Would most certainly stay again and if I were to buy a place in SW Florida, I’d want it like this one!

AMAZING VIEW! Great location on the beach also- not overly crowded but still close to the town square shops and restaurants. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We love this place!!

My husband and I just spent a week at Beach Villas #606 and had an absolutely amazing vacation! The condo was perfect for us - beautifully tiled throughout with incredible views of the gulf and bay. We were beach bums all week - spending time on the beach, walking to Bowditch Park, with several walks to Times Square every day and evening. The condo had everything we needed and more! We will definitely be coming back to stay in this condo!! Heather (host) was very responsive in answering all our questions throughout our stay. What a wonderful trip!!!
