Located on the pristine shore of Fort Myers Beach, Estero Island Beach Villas presents you with an unforgettable view from the sixth floor! The tiled floors throughout the living area pave the way to the captivating views offered by the lanai! With a combination of contemporary and traditional decor, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo has every amenity required for an extended stay or a short getaway! The fully equipped kitchen will be sure to cater to your every need! This nautical oasis accommodates up to 6 guests as the master bedroom features a king-size bed and the guest bedroom offers two full-size beds. This unit also comes with private parking and an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience! Stepping outside, you can soak up the sun at the beachfront heated pool or cookout at the BBQ area equipped with grills! As you step out of the elevator, you will find the 7-mile stretch of Sugar-sand beach! The unit is conveniently located near Bowditch Point Regional Park, where you will find a tranquil boardwalk and wildlife! With just a short walk or a quick trolley ride, you will be sure to enjoy the famous pier at lively downtown Times Square, where you will find many local shops, restaurants, and island activities! The pool was resurfaced August 2025.

Great location. Easy to communicate and very accommodating for late check out. We love this building and would definitely recommend it. No long wait for elevators!!!Short walk to Times Square, and next door to Pink Shell with restaurants. Stroll down the beach to the nature preserve.

This unit has all the amenities you could need and was very clean and comfortable. The gulf view from the balcony is amazing, or step directly onto the beach from the ground floor. I would definitely rent again.

Perfect for our family

This was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals. Balcony overlooking the beach was wonderful. Pool and grill area was great! Parking wasn’t an issue, plenty of spaces all times of day.

Elevator Problems but Otherwise Great!

My 80 year old mother and I stayed here for a "girls trip". The location and condo was perfect for the two of us. While property management was responsive, the fact that the elevator was out of commission for two days, was a major inconvenience.

Great location

We enjoyed being beachfront. The beach wasn't overcrowded. It was nice being able to walk to the pier and enjoy the stores, restaurants, etc. The condo had beach towels, a cooler, and beach toys already there. That would be great for those that fly in. Overall nice experience!

Enjoyable family vacation

Overall, we had a very positive experience on our trip to Fort Myers Beach. Our condo was as expected and the beach was not too busy during our visit. There was music from the Pink Shell next door which didn’t bother us, but is good to be aware of. We are definitely considering returning in the future.

Great view & location

My family and I visited for 5 day and it couldn’t have been better. We really enjoyed the view of the sunrise over the bay to the sunset over the gulf. Going down to the beach was so easy with the kids and when we were sunned out I could sit on that porch and look out over the water forever. Our kids loved the pool and it was the perfect temp. There is easy access by driving or walking to the shops and restaurants and everything we ate in town was spectacular. The location is on the quieter side of Ft Myers which our family also enjoyed. We would love to come back and stay again.

Clean, convenient, enjoyable

Great location somewhat away from the public beach access so we pretty much had our pick of the beach spots. The room was clean and everything worked well. Porch was very nice and screened in as well. Pool area looks brand new and all brand new furniture. We got our parking pass from the lock box and never had to fight for a spot. Checkout was even easier. Great stay.

Nice condo and great location

Condo was clean and well equipped. Location is great, quiet end of the beach and next to Pink Shell for dinner and drinks. Coastal Vacation Properties is THE Best management company I have ever used in Ft Myers! Responsive for calls (no automated service!) and when we had a small issue, they were quick to respond and fix the issue. Also their email communications are very informative and helpful. Great job, guys!

Great property

The condo was very clean and comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed. It would be great of the management company offered a service whereby chairs and umbrellas were set up each morning by staff. We did rent beach gear but it was nearly impossible for my sister and me to get the umbrella deep enough into the sand to hold up to the wind.

Fantastic vacation spot!

Overall this was an excellent vacation spot! The screened in patio facing the ocean could not be beat. Very clean. My only “complaint” was that we had two vehicles with us, and the condo only had spots for one (my fault, I should have read the details further). When we tried to contact the property manager for any advice on where to park or if we could purchase a 2nd parking pass (since the lot was very empty the entire time we were there) it took them 2 days to get back to us. By that time we had already figured out a solution.

Front door challenge

The front door would not open easily! Brand new kitchen but the dishwasher broke. Could’ve been a bit cleaner overall. But we have beautiful views great location. We had a lot of fun

The unit and location is everything you'd want plus more. Very clean and close to everything. It's on the quite side of Fort Myers Beach which is what I Love. The beach isn't crowded and I like that you aren't forced to by rental chairs. It has shaded parking and a nice pool with several gas grills. You can easily walk to the park near by and also the marina has very affordable boat rentals right across the street. The unit has chairs and a umbrella to use. We've actually already began to book another stay in about 3 months. Perfect time at a perfect place. This is as beach front and gorgeous views as any could ask for! Thanks for a great time and see ya in a few months again

Nice views!!!

Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with fantastic views. Clean. Felt like home after a few days. Pool was a bit small with the amount of people busy spring break week. Chair and umbrella rentals were a nice addition to our stay making that a no brainer. FMB is still recovering from the hurricane. Most properties near this unit are still under construction making the beach peaceful but be prepared for construction noise and island traffic. Happy to support FMB. I’d consider staying again but I’d bring a special door lock for when we are in for the night. Door lock is a key pad entry and i don’t feel comfortable without additional deadbolt.

Loved the location, overall property nice, the unit not so much!! Dirty shower curtain, clogged/ backed up master sink and tub, continuous toilet running in master also. Poor communication regarding resolving issues.
