About this property

Beautiful Hampton Beach vacation. Affordable one bedroom and perfect location. Just a minute walk to beach and boardwalk. One bedroom and one bath apartment unit. Great for a couple, possibly with a small child too. Very clean and comfortable. Bedroom has a queen size bed and a small futon in the living room. Small kitchen with full size fridge and all the amenities needed for prepare meals. Cable TV and Internet, gas grill outside, and stacked parking for one car.

Cozy, clean place to stay near the beach

4 rooms 1 bathroom. Cute porch with table, chairs and lounge chair. Nice spot for relaxing and reading. Small living room with tv. You can stream shows. Love seat a little uncomfortable and arm chair ok. Queen sized bed a little uncomfortable. Kitchen and bathroom great. Everything was very clean. Owners very responsive. Cute little back yard with grill, area to sit and gas fire ring. Location is perfect, 1 block from the beach and close to the boardwalk. I would rent this again.

False pics depicted this dump as much nicer than it was with following issues: Stove and oven would not light Front door lock plate barely attached Furniture falling apart and uncomfortable Property not kept up Outside weeds as high as windows So unhappy that we spent good money on yhis

Ask questions

We enjoyed our stay, however if you are a large person, you will not fit in the tiny shower. No fan or air conditioner, we had to buy one. Stacked parking, so you have to juggle cars with 2 other people. We will not be going back.
