About this property

Perfect family vacation spot at beautiful, Hampton Beach. Awesome location! Tidy cottage, and is great for a family vacation with a price that won't break the budget. Cable TV and internet provided, gas grill, parking for one car (shared/stacked parking). Less than a minute walk to the stores, restaurants, and activities, and two minute walk to beach.
Enjoy the beach during the day, go miniature golfing, to the arcade, do a little shopping, grab a bite to eat, or just relax in the sand. Wednesday night you can see the Hampton fireworks display and live entertainment provided at the half shell. You won't find a more entertaining vacation at one of the world's best beaches. So enjoy your stay with us and be assured everything is clean, comfortable, and great location.

Great Location, Great Communication

First location I've stayed at that didnt include sheets or shower towels so it was an inconvenience to have to worry about packing that stuff. Wifi was patchy and unreliable but not qorth mentioning to the owners. The stacked parking was a major inconvenience and having to coordinate with other guests to play musical cars to be let out if you needed to go out to the store or anything. Overall a decent stay though and I would stay again because the communication was quick and open and the location was only a block from the beach! Thanks Linda and Paul

Peut mieux faire !!

Logement très bien situé, à 3 minutes à pied de la plage. Par contre, maison vétuste, sale, trop petite pour six personnes,au mieux pour trois. Meubles cassés, que 4 chaises pour accueillir soit disant six personnes. Places de parking que nous partageons avec d'autres locataires. Seulement, voitures les unes derrière les autres,donc besoin de réveiller le voisin si vous décidez de partir avant lui pour la journée et qu'il est garé derrière votre voiture. Très délicat ! Enfin, pas de machine à laver et de sécheuse, donc prévoir un budget supplémentaire pour nettoyer son linge au "lavomat" du coin. Plus contraignant pour les familles nombreuses avec enfants ! Sinon, beaucoup de belles visites à faire dans les environs à une heure voire moins, du logement. Bonne continuation.

Beach Vaca

This little cottage was great for our yearly Hampton trip. Good size bedrooms, we liked the shared outdoor space, and really close to everything. The beach was right down the street!

No Air conditioning on property but it was listed on amenities. rules state that there is no ac

No ac on property but it was listed on the amenities and then rules stated that there is to be no ac unless heatwave so we bought our own ac as it was a heat wave 4 days of 90 plus. Window fan in front window one side broken and accordion vent was not even there and screen was broken , front of property not maintained and listing was not correct it said 9 0 street and we were in the back on 3 which makes no sense when clearly on VRBO site states 9 o street and lastly absolutely no communication with property owner/ manager…

Why they chose this property

Our home is very clean, freshly painted and new furnishings, etc, and very affordable for any budget.

* This is now for the front unit...it's slightly more spacious. No pics available yet as we are remodeling...will be ready for summer 2019. You are going to love it! Will sleep 8 comfortably.

What makes this property unique

Very short walk to the beach! Super location! AC and Pet friendly. Also, could be fun if two families booked the entire back house. Identical units. Please inquire!
