We loved the funk factor of this warehouse apartment. It was great being near the Kingston Foreshore and all it has to offer. The apartment was conveniently located for easy access to all that we explored in Canberra. We will definitely be back in warmer weather! We'd love to stay again on our next visit. We would only recommend adjustment to the water temperature to make the shower hotter and plusher towels!

Why this property? The unique warehouse living and lifestyle that isn't available anywhere else in Canberra right now. The Kingsborough Precinct has a nice quiet community feel, with cafes, restaurants, bars, and bikes all right downstairs! Keen for a larger selection of cafes, bars, and restaurants? A brief 5min walk will have you at the Kingston Foreshore waters edge with a long strip of fine cafes, bars, and restaurants to choose from. There is even a small convenience store for all the small essentials (5-7min walk).
But what we love the most about our New Warehouse Apartment, aside from the unique design, is the quite family/community feel of the Kingsborough Precinct. With the vegan cafe, the Roaster, Brew and Bar, bike shop, yoga and by April 2020 you'll also have access to the x2 lane 25m lap pool and gym! You don't really need to leave the Precinct!
