Beautiful home

This is a great home very close to the beach. I love the fact that could walk from here and be at the beach and restaurants within a few minute walk. We also biked along the beach which was perfect at sunset! The house had plenty of space for our group of 10 with very large rooms and living room + another big area in the garage so we could all spread out. Everything was included like towels, linens and fully stocked kitchen and was very clean. Great host and easy communication.

Beach Time

Overall our stay was great. Pros: location to beach and pool, ease of checking in and out, Really appreciated that they had some extra amenities a few k-pods for coffee, some seasoning for cooking, cleaning spray, and laundry pods. Had an ac issue on first night but owner sent a repair man out on Easter which was greatly appreciated. Cons: Bathroom downstairs was extremely slow to drain so had to shower upstairs, When sitting outside in the backyard you have a lovely view of the neighbors piled up junk. It really looks like a junk yard and takes away from the enjoyment of sitting outside. I'm not sure if this neighborhood has an HOA but they really should address this and in the meantime I think I would plant some shrubs with height to hide as much of it as possible.

The house is in a great location, literally 5 minutes walk from a private beach! The house was clean and it slept our group of 10 comfortably where each person got their own bed! Would highly recommend staying here!

Very short walk to the beach, even shorter walk to the nice pool. Perfect for 3 families staying together. Shaded back area was great for grilling. Gamers loved the game room. Plenty of space for buffet style meals. Close proximity to grocery, restaurants, and stores. Would definitely stay here again.

Magical Miramar Beach Getaway!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this property! It was our first time to Destin, and it lived up to being everything that we had heard! The property was exactly as advertised. Liat was so responsive every step of the way! We had a small plumbing issue with a toilet handle and within minutes of messaging Liat she responded and had her service worker scheduled to come support and it was a quick in and out fix with no interruption! In advance of the trip Liat sent us a wonderful list of things to do and see and great places to eat. I would recommend anyone to rent from Liat at any one of her multiple and generous properties. We hope to return!
