Magic Beach House is named after Alison Lester’s famous children’s book, “Magic Beach,’ inspired by the local beaches of Walkerville South. This spacious, family friendly and pet friendly home is located opposite the magnificent Cape Liptrap coastal park, overlooking Waratah Bay, the mountains of Wilsons’ Promontory, the islands of Bass Strait, and the spectacular hues of sunrise and sunset. Please keep all flywire windows and doors closed due to inquisitive wildlife!
The house features enormous picture windows, comfortable furnishings, and reverse cycle AC. The well-equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, & refrigerator. The upstairs living area opens out to an expansive deck, showcasing the spectacular views and outdoor entertaining and BBQ area.
Three bedrooms, plus a 4th sleeping area. The 2 upstairs bedrooms offer Queen sized beds and a central bathroom, while the 3rd downstairs bedroom has a double and a king single bed. The 4th sleeping area is also located downstairs and has 2 single beds. This space is open to the internal staircase. There is a second bathroom downstairs.

Guests, please note there is no Wi-Fi. Please don’t put food scraps down the sink (septic system) and be mindful that there is tank water only.

Strictly no parties, no groups under 25. Guests are required to complete a booking form, and licence ID and credit card details are required prior to property access.
