Magic Beach House, inspired by Alison Lester’s beloved children’s book “Magic Beach,” is a spacious and inviting family and pet-friendly home, named after the local beaches of Walkerville South. This charming residence is ideally located across from the stunning Cape Liptrap Coastal Park, offering panoramic views of Waratah Bay, the mountains of Wilsons Promontory, the Bass Strait islands, and the breathtaking colors of sunrise and sunset. Please remember to keep all flywire windows and doors closed to protect against curious wildlife!
The house boasts large picture windows, comfortable furnishings, and reverse cycle air conditioning. The well-appointed kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. The upstairs living area extends to a generous new and fresh deck, perfect for enjoying the spectacular views, outdoor entertaining, and BBQs.
Accommodating up to 9 guests, the home features three bedrooms and an additional sleeping area. The two bedrooms upstairs each have a queen-sized bed and share a central bathroom. The third bedroom downstairs offers a double bed and a king single bed, while the fourth sleeping area, also downstairs, contains two single beds and is open to the internal staircase. There is a second bathroom located downstairs for added convenience.
Guests, please note there is no Wi-Fi. Please don’t put food scraps down the sink (septic system) and be mindful that there is tank water only.
Getaway Property Management Terms & Conditions:
For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation.
Strictly No parties
This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.
This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests.
If you wish to book this property between schoolies dates -November 24th – December 10th, please call Getaway Property Management to discuss.
