Check out is a reverse procedure of check-in;
Please leave the penthouse clean and tidy with; Dishwasher/Fridge/Freezer empty.
Remove all rubbish from all bins (including toilets) to the Bin room, located on B1 near the garage door.
Garage door keys are placed on the golden leaf on hallway stand. (keys are not required to exit garage)
Small keys are placed back in the black lock box (code is 2105) spin dials back to 0000.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
