The property lies on an indigenous manicured garden with sweeping sea and mountain views. The generous eat-in kitchen opens out to the sea-facing patio offering breakfast with a view! The open-plan dining/lounge boasts double-volume height, exposed beams, an enclosed fireplace and the pool terrace. Accommodation includes the main bedroom with en-suite and walk-through dressing room, and a further 2 bedrooms, family bathroom and guest loo. In house laundry and cleaning available.
The house lets the morning light in but keeps the house cool in the summer. Big windows and elevation allow for sea and mountain views.
The evening brings incredible sunsets. The gardens and pool allow for the children to play freely. You will find it hard to leave the house and venture out as it really has everything you need all in one.
