Charming fully private and exclusive use house with large garden, semi covered car parking free on premises . The lovely house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , Large living room with fireplace, kitchen with fireplace and sofa bed. Can accomodate up to 9 guests using also the living room sofa beds and floor mattress. From the front porch a commanding view of the rolling hills and Tiber valley below. The garden has a variety of trees baring fruits. Airy and plenty of light, The house is very quiet, no traffic. You may hear some sheep and horses in the distance ...Gated with driveway, porch, patio, veranda, sundeck, hammock,3 bedrooms,large living room & dining with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen including espresso machine. The house is decorated in a lovely and charming rustic antique country house style. It has 2 bathrooms, one has bath tub and the other has shower.
