This Orange County home is located on a safe cul de sac street & quiet residential neighborhood. A perfect family home. The home is a 5 minute drive off the 5 Freeway. The single story home has 1700 sq. ft. and a huge backyard, perfect for Barbecuing and play area for children. The backyard also offers a large patio and furniture with a great view. The home offers free high speed Wi-Fi, Netflix, Disney Plus, and Amazon Prime. An open kitchen with all the appliances you need overlooking the backyard, Large Dining Room, 3 separate private rooms, and a Inviting Living Room with Large, Comfortable Couches. The Master Bedroom and back bedroom is very spacious and has California King Beds in each room. This recently remodeled home has hardwood flooring that runs throughout the home.
We also have Ring Security Cameras in the front door, side yard and backyard.

Perfect for families with little ones

We had a great stay. It was a quiet neighborhood on a culdesac. Walking distance to Oso Creek Trail. Room in the yard for the kids to play and a swing set. Beds were comfortable.

Perfect Family Rental

This was the perfect rental home for my family with two younger kids (2 and 6 years old). The backyard was amazing and perfectly set up for the grown-ups to relax while the kids played on the swing set. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and equipment to make simple meals. The house location was in a nice quiet neighborhood with lots of parks nearby. We had easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and there were plenty of beaches to visit! The owner was really nice and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I stayed for two weeks and we really enjoyed this little ranch style home, especially the entertainment friendly backyard. Communication with the home owner was prompt and accommodating. It was a great place to stay with children since the home owner had children herself. It made it convenient that she had most of the gear and toys I required for my 20month old, which made traveling easier. Definitely considering it for our next visit!

Mission Viejo Family Home

Awesome backyard with outdoor table, lounging area, and play area ideal for families with younger children! Our granddaughters enjoyed the play equipment and hammock. The owners were readily available, helpful and accommodating. Very organized!! This a family neighborhood with busy households, dogs and activity.
