Located across from Cazenovia Park and golf course, this second floor 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment is fully renovated and set up to cover all your needs. Ten minutes from downtown Buffalo, the medical campus, Canalside and New Era Field, the home of the Buffalo Bills. A quick half hour drive to wondrous Niagara Falls!

An additional queen size air mattress allows for up to 4 guests to stay overnight. There is also one garage parking spot and laundry on site for guests to use.

Perfect spot for a Bills game

My son and I stayed here while going to see a Bills game. Perfect location…about 10 min drive to the stadium. Communication with the owner was amazing. Any questions I had were responded to in a timely fashion. Easy check in and check out. Will definitely book again if we make it back out.

Great location for a Buffalo visit! We came for a Bills game (they won, Go Bills! ), and it was a quick Uber ride (maybe 9 min?) to the tailgating fun! We ate out for every meal, but we did have a few coffees before we left the apt. The host provides KCups and creamer along with sugar. The bed was very comfortable, soft sheets and pillows. Clean towels, cute clean bathroom. It was nice to have a dedicated parking stall (if you have a big vehicle, you will need to park on the street. Tons of street parking). The host, Melissa, was easy to message. Check in directions were simple to follow. All in all, a nice stay!

Let's Go Bills!

This was a quick trip into Buffalo for the Bills vs Jets game. The apartment location is perfect, close to High Mark Stadium, downtown and neighboring communities. We stopped into Fiddlers Potters Field Restaurant (which is a short walk from the apt.) after the game and the place was packed with Bills fans. So FUN and the food was good. This was our second stay and can say we'll be back.

Everything was as shown or described in listing so appreciate that. Location was excellent since all attractions of the area are within 30 minutes. Only negative was it was on 2nd floor up a steep staircase. Somewhat challenging for a couple seniors with heavy suitcases but doable. Melissa was an excellent host. Thanks

Long weekend girls trip

Great property with all the essentials needed. Location met our needs. Plenty of parking. Apartment neighbors a bit loud on Friday night, but I guess to be expected and didn't go on overnight. This would not let this deter your booking given how otherwise the apartment is great!

This space is very clean and cozy and looks exactly like the photos. It has a great location that is close to tons of nice shops and restaurants. It’s less than a 5 minute drive to Mercy Hospital for fellow travel nurses. Melissa quickly responded to any questions that I had during my stay.

Convenient Location & Good Experience

Even though the apartment is located on a primary street, it's fairly quiet--yet very convenient to access the many nearby restaurants, stores, and get to major highways. The apartment itself is clean and the hosts provided a few amenities that add a nice touch to the experience. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and the bathroom is clean and functional. The hosts are also very responsive, so any questions were answered quickly--and they were very nice about everything. Overall, we had a really good experience and would return.
