-The house is about 650 m walk from the beach using the pedestrian access to the beach (THE PEDESTRIAN ACCESS TO THE BEACH IS NEAR THE MAIN ORDINANCE);

- Or go by car from the house to the street that has pedestrian access to the beach, (park the car, inside the condo !!!) and walks about 50 m on foot, arrived on the beach sand.

Spend your vacation with tranquility and security in a GROUND FLOOR within a closed condominium (VERDE MAR) with 24 hour doorman and motorized patrols, on COCANHA beach.

* UNIQUE TERRACE HOUSE on a 500 m2 plot with:

* 5 rooms (BEING 2 SUITES WITH AIR CONDITIONING and 3 rooms WITH CEILING FAN).

* Living room, with table, chairs, ceiling fan, 1 TV .

* American kitchen, with basic kitchen utensils (dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots), microwave, stove, refrigerator.

* 4 full bathrooms (one next to the pool).

* 1 PRIVATE POOL for the exclusive use of house guests, measuring 6.40mx3.50m and an average depth of 1.20m.

* A large balcony with barbecue, tables, chairs, counter, 1 sink, 1 grill.

* Internal garage for 4 cars (you can park more cars on the sidewalk in front of the house inside the condominium).

* 110V ELECTRIC NETWORK (there are some 220v outlets identified in the house).

Praia da COCANHA (considered one of the most beautiful and clean beaches on the North Coast of SP).

* THE KEY RETREAT is in Caragua with Mr. Zeca (lives next to the condo where the house is) UNTIL 23: 00H !!!

* It is NOT ALLOWED by the condominium, loud sound in the house (ambient sound only). Subject to fine, after 1 notice NOT ATTENDED. The fine is deducted from the security deposit .

* WE DO NOT PROVIDE bed linen, table, bath, cleaning and hygiene products, beach chairs and parasol are not provided. For the stay take items for personal use, (pillow, sheet, towels, etc.).

* WE HAVE PREFERENCE FOR FAMILY GROUPS OR COUPLES .

* TV WITH SKY.

* Water consumption, electricity (up to 50kw per day) included in the rent.

* A security deposit of R $ 1000.00 or a cash deposit of (R $ 600) is required to collect the house keys in Caragua, with Mr. Zeca, manages it for me there, (the deposit serves as a guarantee for the belongings of the house and as a guarantee for any fine for loud sound / noise in the house, applied by the condominium, after 1 notice \ complaint NOT ATTENDED).
