nice place for price

Nice place, good neighborhood with easy access to groceries, restaurants, etc. Kitchen could have use a few more amenities. Beds were okay and master bedroom needed a screen in window. Overall good place for our 2 families.

Cleanliness of property and trash

No problem renting. Trash had not been picked up for over a week. Mold in both bathrooms. Some furniture was in need of fixing. A/C not cooling upstairs. Owner was contacted.
