Suncadia is a place to relax with family and friends. Voted BEST NORTHWEST VACATION SPOT IN SEATTLE MAGAZINE! New Suncadia Social Town Center opens Springs 2026. Fully renovated Lodge and Glade Spring Spa.

******This property is unable to offer access to the Swim and Fitness Center due to resort regulations regarding private rentals. You will not be charged a $75 nightly resort fee. (Glad Spring Spa offers day passes for purchase which gives access to mineral pools, saunas and steam rooms.)

Our home sits in an ideal location on the 14th hole of Prospector Golf course with a short walk to the lodge and Swiftwater Winery. It's 2460 sq. ft., 3 bedroom /2.5 bath floor plan, with one bedroom being a bonus/bunk room/work space. Our well appointed home is ready for your next family gathering, ladies weekend or golf trip. The home features a great room with floating floor to ceiling fireplace complete with a mounted 65 inch cable television, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Apple, DVD and comfortable furnishings. The living room boasts a Nana Wall which opens to a covered area complete with seating and gas fire pit. The fully equipped chef style kitchen is open to the great room and dining area and features a 48" gas range, microwave, dishwasher, quartz counters and Kitchen-Aid refrigerator.

Enjoy dinners around our conversation starting reclaimed wood dining table with seating for 10, the kitchen island has seating for 4 or head outside to the patio area for a BBQ where there is seating for 6.

When it does come time to go to bed, relax in comfort in our large main floor master with king bed, Pottery Barn duvet bedding and wall-mounted 50 inch television with full streaming service, large bathroom with double sinks and rain head shower.

Upstairs quest room has a comfy queen bed with Pottery Barn duvet bedding and 40 inch wall mounted television with full streaming service and an en-suite bathroom. Also on the second floor is our unique bonus room/bunk room boasting 4 single mattress bunks and one queen American Leather pull out sofa. All beds have Pottery Barn duvet bedding. This area also has a pool table, office space, Xbox One + games, 55 inch mounted television with full streaming service and 100+DVD movies.

After a fun filled day outside you can access the indoors through a side door mudroom complete with washer and dryer. There is parking in our driveway for 6 vehicles (no garage access). Our home sleeps a maximum of 8 people.

Perfect Place to Get Away!

We have stayed in Suncadia many times, but this was probably our favorite! The hosts were so welcoming and the house was even better than the pictures! We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio, watching birds, deer and enjoying the fire! The house is very clean and had everything we needed! Our boys favorite part was the built in bunk beds with reading lights. We would love to come back again!

Fantastic Stay with Family and Friends

This property is perfect! Two families stayed here with four children ranging in ages from 5 to 10. The house was the cleanest short-term rental we've ever stayed in and the location was fantastic. A great backyard with views of the golf course and a spacious patio. Very close proximity to Suncadia amenities and walking paths. We didn't want to leave and would seek out this property again in the future!

Summer starter vacation

We stayed at this property with our friends. We had a total of 3 kids and 4 adults. The property was a wonderful get-a-way for all. Suncadia Stay

The house was just as charming as the photos. Design details were high end and unique. We most enjoyed the outdoor living space. We so appreciated the very well stocked kitchen including olive oil, vinegar, and condiments that can be a hassle to pack in. Fresh flowers and homemade cookies were a lovely touch.

Great space for a family gathering!!

Surprised by the open-ness of the common space on first floor... perfect for a larger gathering. Kitchen so well appointed and open --- large island, again perfect for entertaining. We really appreciated the panel of door that opened up the main livingroom to the back patio! Master was very comfortable, and upstairs bunk room had a surprise pool table! Fun! Thanks for the hospitality!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, the house was very clean and the communication was also great. No complaints. My only concern was that we have a few toddlers with us and there were a lot of personal affects and breakables that we had to put up until our stay was over. Maybe not the best place as is for little children, but not a knock on the house at all.

Amazing home and wonderful hospitality

When looking for a home that could sleep 6-8, we found this gem. Both the house and its setting on the golf course were amazing, with amenties such as a pool table, an Xbox, a fire pit, and fresh baked cookies. The owners were equally lovely as well staying in communication along the way and setting expectations (both ways) for the experience. Highly recommend staying here and will hopefully have the chance to do so again in the future.

A Beautiful Retreat!

This property was beautifully decorated, clean and had plenty of comfortable spaces to relax. There were many special touches like freshly baked chocolate chip cookies waiting for us when we arrived! The home was light and bright and had a great layout with a fantastic patio including a gas fire pit and comfortable patio furniture. A view of the golf course added to the appeal. The owners were very responsive and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home with everything you need

My group of five adults felt comfortable and pampered in this home! Barbara was easy to work with and very responsive. The house was even nicer than in the pictures, probably one of the best rentals we've stayed in. The house was in great condition, spacious and had so many items to meet our needs. The furniture and beds were comfortable, and the view from the patio was lovely. Suncadia was a peaceful place to relax, and staying at this property will help ensure a great vacation.

This home is beyond perfect. I actually didn't want to leave and told my husband many times this was my dream home. This home has everything you need and very comfortable. We discovered Suncadia on a vacation in 2008 and fell in love with it. It's proximity to all of Washington is wonderful! We started bringing our family here and eventually decided to build a home. When we are not in residence we would love to share our property with you. Our family and friends have enjoyed many gatherings here from golf trips to anniversary celebrations, girls weekends, birthdays and even our daughters wedding. The resort itself has so much to offer in the way of activities and restaurants, while the surrounding area offers lakes, hiking, wonderful proximity to Eastern Washington destinations and Roslyn/Cle Elum. It's a very special spot anytime of the year!!

Why they chose this property

We chose Maple Leaf Loop for its proximity to everything Suncadia has to offer, but also its quiet, private location. We are within walking distance to the Winery, Lodge, Inn and the new Suncadia Social. Close to trail access, golf courses, parks, restaurants, shopping (Cle Elum/Roslyn) and Lake Cle Elum. However, when you are at home it is peaceful and at one with nature, often seeing elk and deer on the patio.

What makes this property unique

The favorite part of our home is it's location (14th holed of Prospector) and main indoor/outdoor living area. The home is designed with windows everywhere which creates picture windows to the outdoors. Our main living area has a floating fireplace and Nana Wall which opens to a covered area with a fire pit and outdoor seating. Our family has spent many an evening gathered around the fires talking, enjoying a movie while curled up on our over sized sofa or cooking and eating in our large kitchen. Our unique bunk room/bonus room is enjoyed by all those looking for a little pool challenge, card game or family/friend chat time. This house is a great gathering spot! We also enjoy walking everywhere. Even Roslyn is a short trail walk and the winery, lodge and Inn are just a short walk (including a great sledding hill). Suncadia hosts many special events from concerts to backyard bbq's, to special holiday events. There is something for everyone here!!
