Thanksgiving Holiday

We enjoyed our stay at Wiggle Butts. The cabin was clean and was enjoyable. We will definitely be going back to the area in the summer.

Beautiful Home

Had a great time. Sean came by and introduced himself and to make sure very thing was working. Lots of privacy. The home was beautiful. The pool and the hot tub was great. Our dog loved the in closed back yard. Would definitely be back.

Secluded and laid back

The place was nice and we were happy with our stay. The bathroom was well stocked with nice quality linens, and we had everything we needed. No issues with check in/check out. The owners seem to live on the same property but the place was secluded and they left us alone, so we felt we had privacy. My main feedback would be for the management company the owners use. There wasn’t much hospitality to speak of. Our first correspondence was not a welcome but a formal notification that we would be background-checked before our reservation was confirmed. A background check is understandable, but the language could be warmer. We also got clipped responses when I asked a question of the management company. Then when we checked into the place there are pages of instructions for how we can make their lives easier with checkout and not much in the way of welcome. These things combined gave the vibe of “you are a source of income for us, please don’t mess up our place” vs. “welcome guest”. Which I get it, we are, but you don’t want to make people feel that way. I am sure this wasn’t intentional, so just providing feedback for how it comes across. So my suggestion would be to change management companies, or at least provide feedback to them regarding their customer service, and warm up the language in the guest booklet. A kindly worded welcome letter would make the world of difference. Respectfully submitted.
