Large waterfront home with private beach- 14 day minimum booking.
**This home must be booked for the entire 1414-day rental period. You can stay as long or as little as you like, but the contract must be for 14 days in total due to the city's short-term rental regulations.
Beautiful beachfront home. Stay right on the water, with a dock and plenty of water toys to enjoy. This rental includes a hot tub, kayaks, paddle boards, barbecue,e and a fire pit for the outdoor enthusiast.
Inside an inside four-bedroom bedroom, 2-and-a-halfbath, there is a home, room to accommodate your entire family, and an open floor plan so that nobody misses a conversation!
On the main floor, you'll find two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, as well as a laundry room, kitchen, dining room, and living room. Walk upstairs, and you'll find a beautiful main suite with a full bath and extra bedroom with two twin beds for the kiddos or extra guests. Enjoy abundant wildlife swimming by as you enjoy dinner on the large deck. This home will make your trip to Alaska one to remember for years!
Plan your perfect family vacation or ultimate fishing or wildlife adventure with an available boat to book during your stay. We provide it all! Your stay includes free grocery delivery before arrival. We recommend renting a car as we are NOT within walking distance of downtown Sitka.

Awesome retreat in Sitka!
Great relaxing environment. Cozy Main floor. The wildlife viewing from the deck was amazing, sealions, fish, eagles, sea birds etc. Well stocked kitchen - we love to cook on vacation! The access to the busline at the top of the road was a bonus. Convenient way to get into town during the week! I would book again!
