Bellecot-Sleeps 10, 13 mins to Penn State

Bellecot may look small but is deceivingly spacious with a finished basement, 4 bedrooms and plenty of room for 10 guests. It is located near the end of a quiet, dead end street and is available for rent for larger area events. Fully inspected, insured and approved for rental. While it doesn't quite meet ADA standards, parking is close to the front door and we have had many older groups stay with little trouble.

**Minimum stay required. Must stay Fri and Sat nights or three days**

Location - Bellecot is located in beautiful Victorian Bellefonte, just 13 miles from State College and Penn State. Enjoy the quiet setting while still being close to all of the action.

Safety - Rest assured your safety has been considered. Bellecot has been inspected, approved and permitted by the town and regional code office for use as a rental and meets or exceeds all building and fire codes. Beware, many short term renters have not taken this step to ensure your safety. It is also insured for use as a rental property.
It has beds to sleep 10 comfortably.
Washer/Dryer access is available for longer term rentals (please request this when reserving the home).
Accessibility - A single step on the front porch gains access to the house. Steps access the basement or second floor but first floor is level, with no steps. A full bath with tub/shower is on the first floor. Bedroom 3 and 4 are located on the first floor. Bedroom 3 can be set up as a king or two singles

Guests have full access to the entire house, patio and partial yard (in warmer weather months) with the following exceptions:

Master bedroom closet
Utility closet on first floor
A few kitchen cabinets are reserved for owner's use.

Great house to rent for lots off people. Great neighborhood with friendly neighbors on a dead end street. Easy access to Penn State. House was clean and as advertised. Plenty of rooms and options for sleeping. Beds were comfortable. Nice little game room in basement to keep the kids occupied. Would definitely consider for a future rental.

Clean house with all the extras

It's a cute little house in a quiet neighborhood. We rented it to be our home base for a family member's wedding Bellefonte. We liked all the live plants indoors and the quaint garden outside. The basement has darts, foosball, and a big tv which was the perfect hangout spot for our teenagers. Our qualms with the property were that the twin beds on the main floor are on pop-up frames and one collapsed twice in one night. There also isn't really a 6th bedroom. There's a futon in the loft. At the end of the day, if we are in the area in the future, we would rent this property again.

Perfect House for Penn State Weekend

Our immediate family, grandparents and a friend’s family all stayed at this wonderful house only 20 minutes from PSU. It was wonderfully decorated with all the little touches that made it feel like a home and not a rental. Plenty of sleeping space and hanging out space along with activities for everyone. Darts and foosball were a huge hit. The fully stocked kitchen allowed us to spend more time together while saving money by cooking our own food. Will definitely be back.
