This condo was great! Very clean and comfortable! Only a few steps to pool and beach! Everything was very accessible. Also a convenient location to local attractions; Johns Pass, Clearwater & St Pete Pier. We had a great time and will be back to Hamilton House!

The unit was wonderful. It had all the amenities needed to have a comfortable stay. The security of the property was fantastic i.e. codes needed to access the stairwell, the elevators, the pool and keyless entry to the unit. My only suggestion would be to offer additional bath towels and wash cloths.

Great location!

Check-in was easy, the unit needs some updates but overall has what you need. You can't beat the location to the beach and restaurants. Our family had a wonderful stay.

Amazing View of the Gulf

Beautiful large condo. Just like the pictures. The ocean view is amazing. The property is kept very clean. The pool is cleaned daily and the common areas are vacuumed daily. The only recommendations that I would have is the second bedroom needs blackout curtains as it is too light to sleep in that room. Also we weren't given the access code for the stairs in the event the elevator wasn't working. We had no issues with the elevator, but I prefer to use the stairs. If you are considering staying here, I would say book it while you can!

Great location, needs some TLC

When we checked in (at 4:30 pm) we were fairly surprised to find a realtor and a stager on site. There was also no parking available (being occupied by the realtor and cleaning crew). We loved the location, but found the place to be in dire need of deep cleaning( grimmey door knobs, vents, under & on top of furniture coated with dust) There is no smart TV (so no ability to stream). A confusing array of remote controls- Diane the friendly manager came quite quickly to help sort this out. The beach chairs provided were all rusty and unusable, which was disappointing. Kitchen has large array of pots/pans dishes- but why cook when there are so many restaurants within walking distance? The WiFI was easy to use, and reliable..

This was a great trip. The apartment is nice. the balcony has a wonderful view and also above the pool which is nice if you have the kids that you want to watch in the pool. There was an umbrella and four beach chairs. We had a nice stay here. Needs a few minor touch-ups but no issues except for the elevator is loud if you're sleeping in the second bedroom. There are plenty of bath towels but only two washcloths for everyone. They seem to have painted and redecorated a little which looks nice. They're plenty of kitchen utensils Etc.

Perfect family condo!

We loved our stay in Indian Rocks Beach. This condo was spacious, comfortable, well-decorated and the view of the Gulf could not be beat. The condo was well stocked with beach equipment (chairs, toys, boogie boards, etc...) which made our stay even more enjoyable. We enjoyed nights on the patio watching the sunset. Highly recommend this condo and location!

We enjoyed the unit so much. I wish I brought my hair dryer. Unit said it had one it didn’t. Master bedroom sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed. Wish all theTVs was smart TVs. Overall we had a great time. Perfect weather all week.

Nice Place to stay and relax

We enjoyed our stay. We had to call the property management for an issue and they were prompt and very helpful. The only thing was the pool a family was very loud and they were in the pool till 10pm. With the doors closed you could hear them and that was frustrating.

This was a nice place, we really did enjoy our stay. Only complaint would be you hear everything. If you are on a lower level you hear everyone above you, walking, talking, moving chairs. And the grill is an old park grill that needs updating. I wouldn’t recommend anyone trying to cook on it. But would definitely stay here again. Location is fabulous.

perfect location

Really enjoyed the stay. Had only one problem, umbrella was broken and had they had another sent over within the day. Many restaurants in walking distance and really enjoyed walking through the nature trail in the mangroves behind the dog park.
