Getting here is easy too - the studio is located approximately 1 mile from the Mystic Amtrak station and 5 minutes from Rte 95.

The Aquarium and Seaport offer many cultural and learning opportunities and it's a short drive to RI beaches for relaxing by the ocean!

You will also find that Pearl Street is a gateway for walkers, joggers and cyclists, who take advantage of scenic River Road.

Cozy Studio Apartment

This is our second time staying here and we have been very happy both times with our stay. Safe and walkable location, just a few blocks to Main Street with numerous shops and restaurants. One block over to walk along the river with its beautiful views. Very clean and owners are quick to respond if you have questions. Would stay again.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient!

Perfect location for your Mystic stay. Park your car and walk to pretty much all you need. Very walkable neighborhood-7 minute walk to restaurants and shops, 1 block walk to the Mystic River. Exactly as pictured. We had a very comfortable stay.

Great “home base” while visiting Mystic

My husband and I are frequent visitors to Mystic, but this is the first time we rented a place like this. The location was perfect for us as we like to park and be able to walk or ride our tandem bicycle to various places. The apartment was the perfect size for us. Everything was very well kept and clean, certainly important during this difficult time. The only thing we wish we had was a spot to sit outside and either enjoy a cocktail or meal. This would have been nice during this time of limited restaurant access and our desire to not eat inside any restaurants. We would highly recommend this property.

Great stay!

A lovely property, precisely as listed. Very, very clean. Check in was a breeze! The property was so welcoming after a day driving and super comfy. A short, beautiful walk to downtown Mystic. Owners have taken care with the property and ensure you have a nice stay. Recommend!

Minimalist stay

Perfect spot for walking to town or along the water. Easy access from street parking... Also making street noise very close. Comfortable Murphy bed, couch, rocking chair. Good lighting . Minimal cooking tools. Small shower & toilet tucked into a tight spot... fine for someone of slight stature.

Great spot for a getaway

Great location, very clean and charming. Kitchen was very convenient for travelers weary of indoor dining during COVID, but do plan to bring kitchen essentials if you're planning on using stove/oven for cooking meals.

Beautiful downtown location

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful property for a week. The location is in the heart of downtown Mystic. The property is clean and the owners could not of been more accommodating. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. A short walk to great restaurants and shops. We cannot wait to return.

Lovely studio close to downtown

My husband and I were seeking a rental for two nights in a clean self-contained rental close to all sites in Mystic. This immaculate studio in a large historic home was perfect for our stay.. very well maintained & easy walk to river. Be sure to bring your own kitchen supplies needed like condiments. Coffee? pods and cleaning products if you need them. Would be good for them to include directions for T. Or video viewing

We raised two kids in Easton Connecticut and took the first opportunity to move eastward. We take full advantage of the great food, hiking, biking and boating that are readily accessible from Mystic.

Why they chose this property

We love houses with porches, which is a big part of the charm of this home. It also has very mature flower gardens, including roses, hydrangeas, lilies and many other flowering bushes and trees. The backyard is spacious and a good place for our dog to show off her incredible speed.

What makes this property unique

After living here for nearly three years, we really appreciate our location, which is just far enough from town that we can walk there in a few minutes but we're outside of the traffic and parking excitement that comes with summer.

I would encourage anyone who is considering a visit to check the Mystic social calendar. There's always something going on - from Pirate weekend to SantaCon...
