Fantastic house with a lovely view

We had a lovely staying in this nice house, family with two grown up children. Having our own pool and a fantastic view of the sea. Calm and private.

Nice place with a fantastic view

We stayed one week in this house with 2 kids (6,12). Clean and nice house, well eqiuped, large pool. We will come back if we are in the area.

Haus mit besonderem Charme

Wir durften im Oktober unsere Ferien im Häuschen „Bagatelle“ von Patricia verbringen. Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen. Es hat einen ganz besonderen Charme, den wir den Charme eines südfranzösischen Sommerhauses nennen würden - angefangen bei den Terrakotta-Steinfliesen über die etwas rustikal verputzten Wände hin zu der provencialischen Küche - alles gepaart mit modernen (Bäder, E-Geräte) und gemütlichen (Wohnzimmer) Elementen. Dieser besondere Charme des Hauses erschließt sich vielleicht nicht jedem - vor allem wenn man gehobenen deutschen Standard erwartet oder mit der typisch deutschen Pingeligkeit das Haus in Augenschein nimmt. Dann wird man eventuell vom Innenbereich enttäuscht. Uns hat er gefallen, auch roch es nicht muffig. Die Außenanlage mit dem beheizten Pool (immer 28-30 Grad, eventuell etwas stark gechlort, was wegen der Temperatur wahrscheinlich nötig ist), ist wunderschön, man hat einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Golf von Saint-Tropez. Zudem kann den gesamten Tag über hier die Sonne genossen werden (im Herbst von circa 10.30 Uhr bis Sonnenuntergang). Es ist alles ausreichend vorhanden: Liegen, Sonnenschirme, schöne Sitzgruppe unter einem kleinen Baum. Die Anfahrt ist zwar kurvenreich und dauert auch ein bisschen länger, aber dafür wird man mit dem herrlichen Blick entschädigt. Die Einfahrt ist zugegebenermaßen eng, mit Kurbelei hat unser aktueller Touareg dennoch hineingepasst (zumindest bis zum vorletzten Abend bei Dunkelheit… ärgerlich) Vielleicht wäre es eine Idee einen reflektierenden Streifen oder eine Außenlampe an der Hausecke anzubringen. Insgesamt empfinden wir dieses Haus und sein Platzangebot für vier Personen als optimal, wenngleich Schlafplätze für acht Personen vorhanden sind. Die Hochbetten wackeln etwas und eignen sich eher für Kinder. Ansonsten fanden wir die Boxspringbetten mit Matratzentopper und auch die Kissen sehr bequem. Unser Fazit: Wir mochten das Haus und seinen besonderen Charme und würden gerne wiederkommen, um noch einen schönen Urlaub in diesem Häuschen zu verbringen. Der Kontakt mit Patricia war immer sehr nett, schnell und unkompliziert. Merci beaucoup et à bientôt!

Das Haus hat Potenzial

Die Anfahrt von der Küste ist lang, eng und eine Kehre nach der anderen. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist so eng, besser Wagen auf der Straße stehen lassen. Haus richt Muffig und schreit nach einer Sanierung. Betten und Matratzen gehen gar nicht. Preis überteuert!!!!! Pool und Aussicht sehr gut. Dieses Objekt nie wieder.

Fijn huis

Verbleven 1 week medio juli 2021 in dit huis. Goed contact met verhuurder voorafgaand aan de reis en tijdens verblijf met lokale contact persoon. Vragen die we hadden, werden snel beantwoord. Het huis ligt hoog in de heuvels van Les Issambres. Makkelijk te vinden met navigatie; een auto is noodzakelijk om naar de stranden te gaan of naar het centrum om boodschappen oid te doen. In het huis een goed geoutilleerde ouderwetse keuken, 2 badkamers en 3 slaapkamers (allen airco). Schoonmaak was in orde. Het uitzicht op zee is fantastisch, dit is echter alleen goed zichtbaar als je staat. Zittend op het terras (onder de moerbeiboom) bij de eettafel is de zee niet/nauwelijks zichtbaar omdat dit belemmerd wordt door de hoge (oleander)struiken. Dat is jammer, want het uitzicht is juist wat dit huis zo aantrekkelijk maakt. De fraaie buitendouche is erg prettig. De erg matige kwaliteit van de kussens (zeer zacht) en de zeer trage Wifi verdient aandacht. Al met al 4 sterren en het aanbevelen waard.

Séjour très agréable dans une jolie maison avec une piscine magnifique

Nous avons passé une (trop courte) semaine dans une maison superbe. Située sur les hauteurs des Issambres, cette maison, très bien rénovée, est très bien conçue. La porte d'entrée principale donne sur le couloir de l'étage qui permet une vue plongeante sur le salon et la cuisine. Le tout est très bien pensé et aménagé : des couleurs douces, une décoration sobre mais efficace...la maison n'est pas surchargée en objets personnels mais pour autant il y a vraiment une âme dans cette maison...la terrasse est superbe, surtout la nuit quand elle illuminée des divers spots et guirlandes. La piscine en contre bas est topissime et qui plus est entièrement sécurisée (barrière qui se ferme à clef, dispositif de détection de présence) et chauffée ! (ni trop, ni trop peu...température impeccable). Je ne peux que recommander cette maison en lieu de vacances et j'espère franchement avoir la chance d'y retourner.

Wonderful!

From the amazing view, to the welcome bottle of wine from the owners, this house totally lived up to expectations, and more! The house was perfect for our two families and the air conditioned bedrooms ensured a good night's sleep. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want, including a Nespresso machine, which we appreciated! The pool was a good size and temperature, and it was always a pleasure to sit on the terrace with its spectacular views over the bay of St Tropez. Les Issambres is a lovely place with a gorgeous beach, water sports and lovely restaurants. I think this a perfect place to enjoy a wonderful holiday and we hope to return soon!

Schönes Feriendomizil und toller Blick auf den Golf

Wir hatten 2 wunderbare Wochen mit unseren beiden Kindern in der Villa Bagatelle. Das Ferienhaus ist mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern geräumig und bietet alles was man im Urlaub benötigt. Erwähnenswert ist, dass alle Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage haben und das bei 30Grad sehr angenehm ist. Zudem ist der Pool beheizt , sodass auch unsere Kinder länger Ihren Badespass genossen haben. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist zweckmässig und es ist ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. Das Besondere an der Villa Bagatelle ist der atemberaubende Blick über den Golf bis nach St. Tropez. Die Terrasse bietet genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten und die Verschattung mit Baum und insgesamt 5 Sonnenschirmen ist perfekt, da die Sonne bis zu Ihrem Untergang present ist. Für Fans von gegrilltem Fleisch gibt es ( ungewöhnlich für die Gegend) einen kleinen Weber Holzkohlegrill. Uns wäre ein elektrischer Grill lieber gewesen. Ansonsten - rundherum ein gelungener Urlaub.

Tolles Haus, super Lage, geniale Aussicht, leider Mängel beim Reinigen

Das Haus liegt herausragend mit Blick auf den Golf von Saint-Tropez! Wir haben hier eine Woche im August verbracht und vor allem das Leben im Freien genossen. Auf der Terrasse sitzt man super und kann im Sommer den ganzen Tag verbringen! Der Pool ist sehr groß, in der Sonne und mit ebenfalls herrlicher Aussicht! Das Haus ist ordentlich eingerichtet, man findet beispielsweise in der Küche, was man braucht. Allerdings sind einige Dinge etwas in die Jahre gekommen und durch häufige Nutzung nicht mehr in Top-Qualität und sollten ausgetauscht werden (v.a. wackliges Besteck, aber auch die nicht immer toll reinigende Spülmaschine möchte ich als Beispiel nennen). Die Schlafzimmer haben eine ausreichende Größe und alle eine Klimaanlage, was im Sommer wirklich gut ist! Wer Wert auf ein gutes Kopfkissen legt, sollte aber sein eigenes mitbringen ... denn auch diese sind schon sehr "abgenutzt". Der Wohnbereich ist riesig, mit einem großen Esstisch und einem kleinen/gemütlichen Sitzbereich mit TV (Sofa und Sessel für 4-5 Personen). Wir können hier wenig sagen, da der Innenbereich im Sommer von uns eigentlich nicht genutzt wurde! Soweit so gut! Leider hatten wir Pech mit der Reinigung. Vor allem im Küchenbereich wurde vor unserer Ankunft nur oberflächlich gereinigt und es war viel schmutzig ... das war sehr schade und hat leider den Urlaub etwas getrübt! Man hat uns vor Ort aber ein Nachputzen angeboten (was zeitlich schwierig war) und die Vermieterin hat uns sofort eine Rückerstattung der Reinigungsgebühr angeboten! Überhaupt war der Kontakt zur Vermieterin sehr sympathisch - inklusive toller Anfahrtsbeschreibung! Abschließend können wir sagen, dass wir im Sommer wieder Urlaub hier verbringen würden, wenn es mit der Putzfirma besser klappt und in der Hoffnung, dass einige Dinge erneuert werden!

Empfehlenswert!

Ruhig gelegenes Haus mit tollem Meerblick und Aussicht auf die umliegende Landschaft, welches uns auch hinsichtlich der Ausstattung nichts vermissen ließ. Ein Auto ist jedoch unabdingbar. Sehr sympathischer und zuvorkommender Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Wenn wir noch einmal einen Urlaub in dieser Gegend planen, würden wir dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen!

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus mit Blick auf das Mittelmeer und die Bucht von St Tropez

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in "unserem" Ferienhaus. Die Fotos sprechen die Wahrheit. Die Lage und die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Die Ausstattung ist üppig und die Einrichtung hat den typischen französischen Landhaus-Charme. Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und machte einen äußerst einladenden Eindruck. Man hat alles, was man braucht und kann das Haus und den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an wie zu Hause und nicht, wie in einer Ferienwohnung. Die Vorbereitung durch die Vermieter ist unproblematisch und fürsorglich. Insbesondere bekommt man eine sehr ausfürhliche Wegbeschreibung zu dem in den Hügeln leigenden Domizil. Anfragen werden schnell und sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend beantwortet. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort bei Über- und Rückgabe des Hauses ist unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal an der Cote d'Azur Urlaub machen und dann wieder in "unserem" Ferienhaus in Les Issambres leben.

Very good

We had two fantastic weeks during the summer of 2015 in the lovely house in Les Issambres and have already booked the house for next summer. We loved the charming house, fantastic terrace and pool and most specular view. We also very much enjoyed the nearby beaches, resturants and markets and good hiking opportunitied in the nature just outside the house. We are already looking forward to next summer!

Leben wie Gott in Frankreich

Wir haben mit unseren Freunden und unseren beiden Kindern fantastische 2 Wochen in Les Issambres verbracht. Der Tag beginnt schon beim Frühstück traumhaft wegen der tollen Terrasse mit Meerblick - hier läßt sich am Abend auch der Sonnenuntergang und die beeindruckende Lichtdarbietung des Leuchtturms und der Küstenlinie genießen. Das Haus bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt und der Pool mit Meerblick steht immer für eine Abkühlung bereit. Besonders genossen haben wir die großen Tische und die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegestühle - genauso wie die großzügigen Kühlmöglichkeiten durch 2 Kühlschränke. Wer das Fernsehprogramm nutzen möchte, kann dies mit Sendern in Deutsch, Französisch oder Englisch tun. Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder !

Wunderbarer Blick

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit im Haus von Patricia verbracht! Das Haus ist stilvoll praktisch eingerichtet, der Garten mit dem großzügigen Schwimmbadbereich und den vielen Liegen und Schirmen gepflegt. Insbesondere hat uns der grandiose Blick über die Landschaft auf das Meer beeindruckt! Ein erhabenes Gefühl! Zudem ist es sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren Aufenthalt im kommenden August.

Super vacances !

La maison est en très bon état et pratique. La piscine est moderne et propre. L'organisation avec abritel était simple et le contact avec le propriétaire cordial et sans problèmes. Nous sommes très intéressés de louer la maison l'année prochaine. Superbe vue sur le golfe de saint-tropez !

Belle maison

Wij hadden een fantastische vakantie in jullie woning. De combinatie van een ruime, propere, goed uitgeruste woning met het ruime zwembad en terras, maken het verblijf zeer aan te raden. Wij maakten diverse uitstapjes gezien de locatie een ideale uitvalsbasis is in diverse richtingen. Nous avons eu un très bon séjour à votre maison. Belle maison, cuisine bien équipée, grandes chambres et très propre. Vue panoramique, terrasse agréable, très bien situé pour faire des excursions. Piscine avec des parasols en lits.

Huis perfect in orde en met prachtig uitzicht

Het huis overtrof al onze verwachtingen: modern ingericht, nieuwe toestellen in keuken, incl wasmachine, droogkast en afwasmachine,... Rustige omgeving en groot (verlicht!) zwembad welk uitermate goed onderhouden werd... Een aanrader voor familievakantie 4-8 personen. Wij gaan zeker terug!

Beautiful house with a stunning view

We enjoyed our stay of 4 weeks very much, especially the spectacular view and the tranquility of the location. The house is well equiped with all modern facilities. The decoration is not a mix of old left overs, but matches well with the house. Communication and service by the owners and their service company were excelllent. We defintely would like to come back. The location of course implies that you need a car to go shopping.
