This studio apartment is so close to the Perth CBD and the beautiful Kings Park! We provide you with fresh towels and linen as well as some basic supplies such as tea, coffee, milk, toiletries and cleaning supplies. The kitchen is equipped with all of the basics that you need. There is also an oven and cooktop, kettle, toaster and fridge.
This apartment is up one level from street level. Stair access only (there is no elevator).
There is no washing machine or dryer in the apartment but you will have access to the communal laundry downstairs - this includes washing machines and a dryer that need to be paid for by card only - no cash. Washing lines are also located near the laundry. There is a laundry basket, airer, iron and ironing board in the apartment.
Although Malcolm Street is an older style building it is clean and well maintained. Both the apartment and complex are safe and secure with a gate at the entrance, gate on the driveway and a gate on the back stairwell.
Parking is limited and available only on request. It does need to be booked and there is a small daily fee. There are 2 options - a street parking permit ($4p/n) or a secure parking bay ($8p/n) which has a height restriction of 2mtrs.

Me and my mum had an amazing stay in this lovely apartment. What we loved most is that it’s very conveniently located with just a short walk to both the CBD and King’s Park. The apartment itself was clean and equipped with everything that you might need to enjoy your stay!

Its a tidy and comfortable apartment with a very useable kitchen. Comfortable bed and couch.
Parking is safe and convenient if you pay for undercover parking, street parking is very limited to non existent at peak times. The location is convenient to the freeway on ramp and Kings Park. Shops are not too far away. It is a quiet place to stay.

I stayed over 3 weeks for my hospital treatments, which it was fairly close to, a 40 min walk (5 min drive) and while I experienced a lot of anxiety being in the big city (I'm from the country) I found this place to be a real comfort. Sharon the owner was very helpful and accommodating. Thankyou

As of 74-year-old FEMA the narrow stairs cases to carry my luggage was not to my liking bei booking i ask if it is a ground floor was not advise till the day I moved in it's first flow second point I was ask to be quiet and not knock on door , the surrounding Apartments very noisy during light evening and night to for a clock in the morning
