Property was clean. If it’s busy parking can be an issue. Not allowed to park in front of unit. Price seemed to be good then you find out they charge an astronomical price for cleaning. If it’s your last choice it’s ok. No real extras. Definitely been at more welcoming properties.

Ring weekend.
Poor communication. Bathtub was so stained and dirty we didn’t shower the whole weekend. Will definitely find a different place in college station.

Hi Michelle, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We're sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the communication. We ensure that all our guests have the information needed before checking in. We were also in constant communication with you during your visit to ensure all issues were resolved.
- The bathtub is not dirty. A previous guest stained the tub with hair dye, and it has spots. We have since placed a rubber shower pad over the tub floor. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Thanks again for leaving a review.

Good stay
It was a good stay. When we first checked in the room was set on 85° so it was hot it didn’t actually cool off until the last day felt bad because we had the AC running the whole time but it wasn’t cooling off and we have a 3 month old who started crying because even though it said it was 72° it didn’t feel 72° it felt much hotter but that’s not the owners fault it’s probably the apartments fault and the weathers fault if it wasn’t 100+° all the time the AC could probably keep up so we’re not gonna hold it against the owner. My 3 month old is active so we did find some chips under the coffee table and a dirty sponge was left in the kitchen for us to use but overall the unit was clean and it was nice I did wish i knew ahead of time about the parking I didn’t see that until after the room was book paid for and I got my check in information one reason I booked the room was because I thought it would be easy with the car right in front of the unit but we either had to park by the dumpster or the road or we would have been towed but again that’s the apartment complex rule not the owner of the unit. We didn’t swim but the pool looked nice. Overall everything the owner did and could do was good and we enjoyed it the things we had issues with wasn’t the owners fault it was the apartment complex fault and Texas weather’s fault.
I stayed here with my husband and teen son over the weekend during an event at Texas A & M. The drive to A & M campus is about 10 minutes. Make sure you park on the side in the visitor parking lot spots. Luckily we were not towed, but were told by a resident that a parking pass is needed to park in front of the condo unit building otherwise you could be towed. I had no issues with check-in or check-out. I would stay here again.
Property was well laid out and had most everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The area was a little boisterous on Saturday night but not overly so. Overall a great place to stay for a short visit to Aggie Land.
