Villa Levanda is situated just outside of the picturesque village of Nikiana, which is a 20/15-minute drive from Lefkada city center. Right next to it Villa Olivia, a sister property is located. Each property is 220 sq.m and is built in a 2000 sq.m plot; with parking, private pool and a private garden, offering guests privacy and a sense of serenity.

Villa Levanda has four levels. On the ground floor two out of the three bedrooms are located. On the semi-basement, guests will find a recreational area equipped with a TV and a billiard table. In addition, washing and ironing facilities are also located in this area. The main entrance of the property is located on the raised ground floor.

Great Lefkada experience!

We really had a great time at Levanda villa! We were two families with a child each (5y.o. and 2y.o.). The house is very spacious and it can be separated so each family had also its privacy. The fotos really don't do the house any justice: it was a great 200 m2 villa with a great pool, amazing view and very quiet and private. The kids had a blast and we really relaxed. With the Covid pandemic, the necessary safety measures were taken and the house was super clean. Highly recommended and we would def go back again!
