If a house party, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate. - You must be 25 years or older to book this home. - Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September. - Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels. - Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - From May-September, guests will need a pool pass for Shipwatch pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Golf carts are not allowed at this complex. - Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. - Guests have access to the Shipwatch pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. - While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.
*Parking Details:* - There are 2 parking spaces available. Parking in Shipwatch is first come first serve. - To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

We loved this condo. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, updated, nice furniture. Not crazy about the clear double doors going from MBR to master bath. But, we loved our weekend in this beautiful property. Very easy to book, checkin, and checkout. Stress-free all around.

We had a great visit. Beach is nice. It might be worth the fridge stocking option just so you can save time and hassle. I ended up doing insta cart. Also this is a resort so just go to the on site restaurants and order instead of calling.

Beautiful unit! My only suggestion is that the owners change the GLASS master bathroom doors to regular wood doors. The glass doors provide no privacy in the bathroom.
I traveled to Isle of Palms with my husband and two sons. Our friends also rented other units in Shipwatch. It was a really fantastic week! The unit has a fantastic view of the ocean and easy access to the boardwalk to the beach. The condo is spacious and had everything we needed for a week away. Everyone enjoyed the pool and we took advantage of the walking paths within Wild Dunes.
Great location and overall had a nice stay but the place could use a spruce up. Picture in living room kept falling off the wall (numerous nail holes behind the picture tells me it falls off all the time ). The leg of one of the wicker porch chairs was broken off - and had been duct taped numerous times before. Nicks in the wall around outlets. Cheap/ dated small appliances in kitchen (i. e. Coffee maker). Dated linens on bed. The sum of little things like that contribute to “ok” rating. Aside from the location, this place doesn’t compare to other VRBO properties my family has stayed at - specifically oceanfront in Maui last year for half the price and nicer amenities.
