Worst get away ever, treated poorly from this nightmare!!!!!!!

My family and I traveled from another state to enjoy a great weekend. We never got in touch with the owner, not even HomeAway.com reach owner. We were only offered one free night for two regular size hotel rooms, when we traveled as four married couples. Were still waiting on a refund for the home. Owner responded next day on voicemail stating she did not know the home was rented out. She offered if were available for the following weekend to stay for free, which of course would not be possible two weekends in a row. I would have felt more better, had we been offered whenever we are available our stay can be comp, but whatever. HomeAway.com did not even accommodate the way we should have been treated for this horrible experience. Totally not happy with this experience.

Wouldn’t Recommend

AC did not work although I was informed prior to stay it was being fixed. BathTub have Staines and only Two TVs Work. With No tv in Master bedroom. Tv in other room had a little mini box tv. Everyone had too shower i. master bath because others did not work!

Beaches at the Airport makes every effort to make guest feel comfortable as well as have a wonderful stay. I would appreciate when leaving the property that items in the home not be taken if it has not been brought in by the guest. I don’t mind food items which were eaten but furniture, decor, tv accessories are off limits. So if me reaching out for these items to be brought back warrants receiving a bad review, then ok. Thanks
