Other things to note Please note that there is no parking available with the apartment, but there is street parking on Beresford Square and a nearby parking building, Wilson Parking, Cross Street.
Due to the apartment's central location, there is the potential for noise on the weekend. We have soundproofed the windows and provide premium earplugs to help with this issue but if you are a sensitive sleeper this apt may not be suitable for you during the weekend.
There is currently a new subway system being installed in Auckland, this means that the majority of the central city is under construction. There are road works outside of theapartment from 9am to 5pm M - F. During these hours there is intermittent noise disruption but these are mostly muted by the noise insulation.
