The Hartsfield Cottage and Carriage House include a combined 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths and sleep 15 guests. Located just six lots from the beach and steps to the town center, this home is sure to please the whole family. No expense was spared with this home: marble lined master bath with free standing garden tub, solid cedar beams frame the vaulted living room ceiling, stained oak floors, Viking appliances in the kitchen and imported lighting throughout the house and two dining areas. You will also have access to all the amenities of Rosemary Beach including 4 pools, 8 clay tennis courts, fitness center, spa, playgrounds and 4 private beach walkovers.

Ground Floor: Entry hall outfitted with bench leads to foyer and three bedrooms on this floor. Lovely oak floors in each room. King master bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, 42” LCD TV, chest of drawers, mirror, 2 side chairs and French door to the courtyard area. Private master bath has his/hers sinks, soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. Queen bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, 36” LCD TV, closet and French doors to the front porch. The front porch faces a quiet boardwalk which leads to the beach just 150 walking steps away and has Adirondacks. The queen bedroom’s private bath has vanity sink and tub/shower. Bunk bedroom has two bunks – one with double bed below a twin, and the other one has two twins, side table with lamp, dresser, French door to the front porch, 36” LCD TV, closet and a private bath with vanity sink and tub/shower. Laundry room off foyer has high-end front loading washer and dryer. Wireless internet.

Second Floor: This floor has the living, dining and kitchen areas. Large living room with vaulted ceiling has an L-shaped sectional sofa, 2 plush side chairs, coffee table, 56” LCD TV, Blu-ray DVD, sofa table with two lamps, and 3 window seats. Three French doors lead from the living room to the covered porch – enjoy the warm breezes and views of the Gulf of Mexico, the courtyard, the boardwalk and the private pathway while lounging in the two rockers and 2 tall cocktail height chairs. Dining area features a large tall square table with eight chairs (2 extras can also be brought up to table), 2 plush side chairs, French doors to a side porch with cafe tables and chairs. Kitchen with adjacent breakfast area. Breakfast area has love seat, small table and 2 chairs and 2 bench seats (6 people could fit cozily), iPod dock and 32” LCD TV. Kitchen has bar area with bar stool, marble countertops, amble cabinets and all Viking appliances including a 4-burner gas stove top, wall oven, side by side fridge with door water / ice dispenser, dishwasher and microwave. All countertop small appliances are by Cuisinart including a pod-style coffee maker. French doors from the kitchen to yet another balcony overlooking the courtyard. Convenient powder room off the living room.

Third Floor: Carpeted stairs lead to the cozy third floor. Den area has a sofa, side chairs, coffee table, twin daybed with twin trundle, 52” LCD TV, Blu Ray DVD, and two big bean bags. There is also a separate queen bedroom which has closets with shelving, side table with lamp, LCD TV and French door to large private balcony with a great view of the Gulf. Hall bath serves these two rooms and has vanity sink and walk-in shower with overhead showerhead and handheld shower.

Carriage House: has a living / kitchen / dining area with queen sleeper sofa, 2 side chairs, coffee table, 46” LCD TV and Blu Ray DVD. Kitchen has side by side fridge with door ice / water dispenser, glass-top range, microwave and sink. Please note, this carriage home does not have a dishwasher. Dining area has table and 4 chairs. Separate bedroom with door has queen bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, chest of drawers, 32” LCD TV, closet and private bath with vanity sink and walk-in shower that has separate hand-held shower attachment. The stackable washer / dryer is in a closet in the bedroom. Wireless internet.

Outdoors: The private courtyard has Peacock pavers throughout with a large twin urn fountain, a smaller water feature on the pathway and an outdoor fireplace with chimney. There is also a large teak table with 8 chairs and a huge market umbrella for outdoor dining. Hot/cold outdoor shower. Gas grill. One space in the garage is available to guests.
