2nd floor luxury apartment in downtown Bar Harbor. The unit offers upscale materials, lots of light and space and views to the southwest of Cadillac Mountain. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and granite countertops. New mini-split heat pump with AC. Hardwood floors throughout, plus a washer/ dryer laundry with a linen closet. The tiled bathroom has a glass door shower. Flat screen televisions in the living room and bedroom. Accommodates a maximum of 2 people. The apartment is very close to many restaurants and shops and movie theaters. It is a 8 to 10 minute walk to the town pier. The Village Green and Island Explorer free shuttle buses are located a block from the apartment.

Perfect Getaway Spot

Spent four wonderful nights at this great downtown location. All restaurants and shops out your front door and just a brief bike ride to access to the carriage trails of Acadia National Park. Kitchen is furnished enough to prepare meals and the unit has all been tastefully updated. Would definitely recommend to those couples looking for a location in the heart of the downtown area.

Amazing condo in the perfect location!

The pictures of this unit do not do it justice! The building is fairly new and the condo itself is very well built and decorated. The shower is comfortable, great water pressure. And all of the linens were very clean and new. The in unit laundry came in handy when we needed to dry some soaking wet clothes! The location is ideal, you can walk to everything downtown. And you get your own parking spot, which is very much needed in the downtown area. Overall we loved staying at this condo and would very highly recommend it!
