Captains Walk I, all oceanfront, in Garden City Beach with a pool. Just a short walk to the pier, arcade, sundries and more! A2 is a first floor 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo that accommodates 8 with 2 queen beds, 2 single beds and a sleeper sofa. Enjoy your morning coffee, watch the sun come up or your family in the pool from the convenience of your private balcony. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

Captain's Walk I is located 0.3 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This three-story
complex offers all direct ocean front units. Enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance to
the pier, which offers an arcade, live music during the summer, karaoke, food and drinks, fishing, and
beautiful scenic views of the Atlantic Ocean. This complex features an oceanside outdoor pool that is
open Easter to November 1. Take a short walk from the pool area and you are right on the beach! There
is no elevator at Captain's Walk I. Two parking permits are issued per condo unit. Sorry, recreational
vehicles, motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not allowed.
