Family friendly home near downtown Manasquan and close to Beach-4th of July Week

Newly renovated 2100 square foot home near downtown Manasquan. Walk to town for ice cream, shopping, dinner, or a show. Bike ride or drive to the beach. Fireworks and concert on each of the summer holidays and every Thursday night! (See Manasquan's websites for specfic dates). This house has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. Beds include king, queen, and double sizes. There is also a play room, wash/dryer, large deck, and backyard with grill, teak table, and lounge chairs. The kitchen, family room, and living room have plenty of room for your visit.

We rent to plus +26 years. Families up to 6. No groups or parties. Non-smoking house. Pet free home.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Family home in a neighborhood with quiet hours before 8 am-after 8 pm. Keep all food and drink while inside our house to the kitchen and dining room.
Shoe basket provided. Please remove sheets and start a load of laundry before leaving. Place all other washables in the laundry room before leaving
Trash Wednesdays and Saturdays Please leave the house clean as it was left for you. Cleaning checklist is to be completed by guest upon checkout.
