The Cottage has its own private side access. Cottage has brand new bathroom with shower, new full size mattress, fully equipped kitchen with stove/ oven & freezer/ fridge combo, all studio size. Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Property-cottage must be left clean. Swept and tidy, if cottage is not cleaned throughout stay a additional $100 cleaning fee will be incurred.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No pets, no parties. The cottage must be cleaned by the guest if your stay is longer than 7 days, if not there will be an additional cleaning fee.
No additional guests. In the event, cottage is found to beyond normal cleanliness standard there is additional charge of $50 cleaning fee.
If oven or stove is not left as found upon entering there will be an additional charge for cleaning.

We enjoy welcoming folks & making them feel at home in our Cottage. It originally was our oldest son's house, he has flown the coup. We decided to share our beautiful space with travelers like ourselves. We take great pride in our home & enjoy spending time working on our property, walking our dog, bbq, or just relaxing watching a movie. Of course, traveling & using VRBO as our go-to for great places to stay!
