Spring Break Curfew Notice: Please be advised that March 1 – April 19, a 7:00 PM curfew for unaccompanied minors under the age of 18 will be in effect in coordination with the Walton County Sheriff`s Office. This policy applies to Seaside, Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and the majority of communities along 30A, all of which are enforcing these Spring Break safety regulations in unison with local law enforcement. Guests are responsible for ensuring all members of their party comply with community guidelines and local regulations. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT RENT TO STUDENT GROUPS, AGE OF PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 23 OR OLDER AND RESIDING IN PROPERTY DURING STAY. 1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under. 2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Guests must inform host of pet when booking. 9. No boats or trailers are to be parked at 30A Sea Story properties. Any fines from the HOA as a result of this broken rule will be charged to the guest.

We loved the condo! It was the perfect spot for Spring Break with the weather a touch cool. It has the heated pool and plenty of cool places nearby to bike ride. The condo was super clean and very nicely furnished. The furnished bikes were awesome! Great visit!
This place was exactly as pictured and felt more homey than I imagined. Upscale appliances and crown molding gave very modern beach feel. Quality bed coverings and decor. Walking distance to Big Chill, which gave a family with kids vibe. Loved having the bikes available and we took advantage of this. Only recommendation for this is for one of the bikes to have a basket on it. Would have been nice to be able to carry a small bag due to us riding multiple days to the other local beach and shopping areas. This place was beautiful and good choice for me and my daughter, did I forget it was dog friendly and her doodle joined us!! Would definitely recommend.
We had a great stay at "Shore Beats Work"! The house was comfy and had everything we needed. Loved riding the bikes everywhere. We had a maintenance issue and the owners had someone there within 30 minutes on a Sunday to remedy the situation. It was perfect for our family of four! We will definitely stay again!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!
We have stayed in the Prominence community before and opted to once again for the convenience of a centrally located home in a safe, familiar, neighborhood with no-fuss food options at the Big Chill across the street. This home did not disappoint.
The living space and both bedrooms are on the second floor of the home with a balcony that has a small outdoor seating space; the living space is quaint but tastefully decorated and uncluttered. The kitchen is equipped with all of the appliances and utensils needed during our stay. Something that is often missing in rentals I’ve stayed in is a vacuum and I was absolutely elated that this home had a cordless Dyson in the master closet so that we could keep floors free of debris.
Communication with the host was quick and easy. The few items important for future guests to know is that the pillows in the master bedroom are about the thickness of a folded towel—Many folks may enjoy them, but we needed to buy a new set from Target; the bikes and beach chairs provided are aged and not too comfortable. We rented bikes from a shop at The Big Chill, and while the chairs are a nice touch, they sit stark upright and we would recommend bringing your favorite from home if it’s an option.
Our minor discomforts did not materially impact our stay come down to personal preference. Being more informed now, we’d simply pack a few extra items with us for our next stay.
All in all, it was a great stay and we’d stay again in the future.

Ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay while vacationing in a home entrusted to our care is of paramount importance to the entire 30A Sea Story team. We are up in the area every day and which affords us the opportunity to respond quickly to any concern raised by a guest while they are in residence. We encourage travelers to let us know while they are in residence if there is anything we can do to improve their stay.
The bicycles we had in the garage were two years old and have since been replaced with a set of four new bicycles maintained by our trusted bicycle service provider – Good Pedals. We have also added a new set of Nautica backpack beach chairs for our guests to use during their stay.
We know that after a fun day at the beach, there is nothing better than a good night's sleep to recharge the batteries so we routinely replace the pillows on the beds to ensure they provide comfortable support for each of our guests. We keep extra pillows in the closet of the master bedroom and we also have a supply of new pillows in our warehouse. Had we been aware of Ashley's concern while she was in residence, I'm confident we could have promptly addressed the matter to her satisfaction.
We would happily welcome Ashley back should good fortune bring her back to our little slice of paradise!
Prominence 30A never disappoints. This was our 5th stay at this resort style neighborhood in the off season, which we prefer, very quiet, peaceful without the hustle and bustle of the Summer months. Location of this 2 bedroom townhome was perfect, we enjoyed the sun all day long on the huge balcony! King size bed in master as well as 2 beds in 2nd bedroom were extremely comfy, beautiful linens and quality covers (UGG plush coverlet for colder months on king size bed). Sectional sofa is spacious enough to lounge on and enjoy a movie night in. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our fav meals, the double Keurig coffee maker (single cups and pot side by side) was a huge plus to have. Wifi worked fantastic and the 4 beach bikes in the garage were a plus, if you have to rent those separate this does not come cheap. Beach chairs with shoulder straps, as well as sand toys and inflatables were provided as well! We stayed 9 days and will definitely return! Don't stay in expensive Seaside or Rosemary Beach, you can get there from Prominence each way by bike in about 20 mins.!

This condo was everything as described and pictured in photos. Very clean and homeowner responded to our inquiries right away. We would definitely consider this condo for our next stay.
We loved our stay. Perfect property for a small family or group of people. House has everything you need for cooking. Furniture and fixtures are nice and comfortable. Only complaint is that there are not window coverings on all master windows and the coverings that are installed still let light in. So if you don't mind an early wake up or can sleep with the sun in your eyes, it's perfect!
