This beautiful newly-built single level home combines privacy and luxury to suit the needs of all guests. From the moment you walk in, you have a complete overview of the open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen, with bedrooms down a private hallway. The outdoor area hosts an enchanting pool, surrounded by lush greenery and a spacious lounge.

Nestled on a major street only blocks away from Paseo de Montejo and close to Santa Ana Market, art galleries, restaurants, shops, and the thriving entertainment of downtown Mérida.

The house accommodates up to 4 guests in two bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, and is full of fresh air, natural light, and ample space.

We had a very nice stay, the place is clean, comfy and well distributed. However, we didn't find quite clear that the electricity price was not included in the final price shown in Expedia and they let you know that until after you've made your reservation. So consider about 30 CAD more in your budget for utilities.

Perfect Merida Centro Getaway

My partner and I absolutely loved staying at this house - by the end of the two weeks we were actually sad to leave and it was mostly because of this property. We both became very attached to the comforts, privacy and relaxing atmosphere of the place. The property management team (a family) were absolutely wonderful and helpful! Would definitely stay there again in the future

Highly recommended rental

This is a first-class rental unit, even nicer than what appears online. All the modern conveniences, with a fabulous plunge pool for hot days. Janice, the owner, was a superb host: we never lacked for anything. If you haven't been to Mérida, this is the place to stay, close to everything. Well worth the price. We rate it a 10/10!
