My friend and I enjoyed the property. It was close to walking distance to Blanco plaza shops, and restaurants. We were able to walk in the evenings very nice neighborhood.
Cute house great location. If you don't rent both units you can hear your neighbors. Ours had little kids next door. Otherwise a great experience. I would love to go back.
We enjoyed our two-night stay in Blanco. The property was exactly as described, in addition to being extremely clean. The bathroom and closet were very spacious. The other side of the unit was occupied while we were there, but we only knew that because of the car in the drive. The neighborhood was also very quiet. I would definitely stay here again!
Everything you need in a cute package!! Just off the Blanco square and not too far to some wineries. Only negative is if other side of property rented you can hear them, but not enough to be annoying.
Musty/moldy smell like it hadn't been opened up in a while. Dirty toaster oven and hot plate. Old, small futon for third guest was stained and like sleeping on the floor. Outdoor furniture was filthy and bicycles were in spider infested shed. Stayed in 3 VRBOs in Texas this past 12 months. Worst by far. I couldn't wait to get out of there.

Very nice stay in this retro cute unit b. Everything clean and comfortable. It is clear this was an added unit so there are a few level changes that may be a concern for older renters. Not sure how you would let customers know ahead of time, but it was okay with us. Liked that Hulu streaming came with the place since I don’t have that streaming service.

From the owner: "Thanks for your feedback. We will add a note to future guests so they are aware that this unit is a converted garage, and as such, has a few step up/downs. We feel they are well marked, however, advance knowledge of them would be appropriate for guests who might be adversely affected by uneven surfaces."
Really cute property, and exactly as the pictures show. The bedroom is large and the bathroom is large too. Everything was very clean, check in could not have been easier and same with checking out. The owner was easy to reach out to, and responsive when I contacted her. The only thing about this property is, because it's connected to the other unit, you can hear everything. Our neighbors were very quiet, but it didn't matter with how thin the walls are. I would suggest this as a family spot where family is divided between the units, or friends meeting up and kind of sharing the space :)
We really enjoyed our stay at Betty B’s! It’s just a 0.5 mile walk up Pecan St. to town square, and a 5-6 minute drive to Blanco State Park. The rental was just enough space for the three of us, and the decor is adorable. The condo provided an assortment of coffee and tea, along with cream and sugar, which we also really appreciated. We plan to book again should we ever roll back through!
My Husband and I stayed for 2 nights on side B. It’s very cozy , comfortable with quite a bit of light. No one stayed on the other side. It was very quiet , and we slept well! Easy walk into town or bike ride around the neighborhood.
The owner was very accommodating and helpful . We would defiantly recommended .

Everything you need!
Super cute place with a short drive to town square with great restaurants. Everything you could need is there. Including the luxury of double sinks in the bathroom.
Only thing I will mention (as another reviewer has) is that you can definitely hear conversations quite clearly from the unit next door.
Very responsive feedback from emails also.
The place was very clean, thoughtful touches everywhere, amazing decor and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was always checking if I had everything I needed. I appreciate a lot the care and communication as I was traveling alone. 100% recommended
Perfect place and location ! Stayed two nights here with our ten year old Grandson during Spring Break. Spent most of our time in Blanco State Park fishing and enjoying the water but this place was the perfect Home Base for the three of us. Hope to be able to return with the rest of our family this summer and rent both sides.
