Fijn verblijf, paar minpunten

Huisje was netjes, maar net voldoende voor 2 personen. Zwembad zelf was prima (zeer proper en prima temperatuur) , maar het gebouw heeft een opknapbeurt nodig (o.a. dak kon niet geopend worden tijdens ons verblijf). Advertentiefoto's zijn verouderd. Bvb. bij het terras staat nu een haag van 3 meter, die er nog niet is op de foto.Prima uitvalsbasis voor de normandische kust.

TRES BEAU SEJOUR EN NORMANDIE

L'accueil de la propriĂ©taire a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs sympa, nous avons mĂȘme eu droit a un petit cadeau de bienvenue. La maison est idĂ©alement placĂ©e, proche de la cĂŽte (FĂ©camp Ă  20 minutes), proche des villes et des magasins pour s'approvisionner (Super U Ă  10 minutes). La piscine reste chaude et permet de passer une journĂ©e agrĂ©able en cas de mauvais temps. Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon moment et de trĂšs belles vacances. A refaire

Heerlijk huis met mooi zwembad en veel privacy

Uitstekend verblijf. In de omgeving kun je heerlijk fietsen naar o.a. Yport, Fecamp en Ettretat. Het zwembad is geweldig. Ook juist als het weer wat minder is.

Normandie

We hebben een fijne week vakantie gehad. Onze dochter van 6 was altijd als eerste bij de kippen om te kijken of te voeren. Het weer viel enorm tegen, dus was het verwarmde en overdekte zwembad een super pluspunt. De gastvrouw was vriendelijk en we kregen ook nog verse eitjes van de kipjes. Het verblijf was op de benedenverdieping wel kleiner dan ik me voorgesteld had, maar wij waren met z'n drietjes, dus voor ons perfect. 1 minpuntje was de beloofde afwasmachine, dat was alleen een tafelmodel. Dus grote stukken pasten er niet in.

Die Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen. Es ist alles da was man fĂŒr einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Region bietet eine Menge an sehenswerten StĂ€dten und Objekten.

Oase im GrĂŒnen

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und vor allem den beheizten Pool genossen. Die Unterkunft ist gut geeignet , um von dort die östliche Normandie zu erkunden. Diskrete Vermieter. Nach der Beschreibung sind beide Doppelbetten , 2. WC und Dusche im Erdgeschoß, tatsĂ€chlich fĂŒhrt eine enge Treppe zum großen Schlafzimmer und 2. Bad ins Obergeschoß.

Schönes Feriendomizil

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Ferienwoche in Limpiville verbracht. Bei tÀglichen Temperaturen von 30 Grad war der Pool ein richtiger Genuss. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet, nichts fehlt. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Rouen, Etretat und Fecamp sind sehr sehenswert.

Gßte agréable avec piscine au calme de la campagne Normande.

Le gßte est situé au calme, dans un hameau en pleine campagne. Idéal pour démarrer nos balades à vélo. Au retour de nos excursions vers la cÎte et ses falaises impressionnantes, nous avons bien apprécié la piscine. Le jardin est magnifique et la terrasse couverte et ombragée est agréable. Léa et sa maman sont trÚs accueillantes, discrÚtes et disponibles. Nous les remercions pour les petits cadeaux d'accueil. Nous avons apprécié la qualité des sanitaires. La proximité de la salle de bain du rez-de-chaussée par rapport à la piscine est un plus. Excellente literie à l'étage dans une chambre spacieuse, décorée avec goût avec salle de douche attenante. Un endroit que nous recommandons!

Sehr empfehlenswert

Unser Urlaub im Mai 2022 in Limpiville war ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus mit Pool. Das besondere war ein Pool Haus, dass man vom Wohn-Esszimmer aus betreten konnte. Der Pool ist beheizt und lĂ€dt bei jedem Wetter zum Schwimmen ein. Das Ferienhaus war gut ausgestattet fĂŒr alles was man fĂŒr einen schönen, entspannten Urlaub in der Normandie benötigt. Auch der Außenbereich war super. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, selbst mit einem Fernseher im Schlafzimmer. Auch ein Elektrogrill ist vorhanden. Die Vermieterin, Frau Lea Roppert die auf dem gleichen GrundstĂŒck wohnt, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Beim Empfang bekamen wir Eier von eigenen HĂŒhnern und ein Cidre als Willkommensgeschenk ĂŒberreicht. Bei allen Fragen und Belangen konnten wir Sie jederzeit erreichen und es wurde uns schnell und ohne Zögern geholfen. Wir werden dieses Ferienhaus auf jedenfalls nochmal mieten und bedanken uns nochmal fĂŒr den schönen Aufenthalt.

De superbes vacances

Merci à nos hÎtes pour leur accueil et leurs gentilles attentions. La maison est trÚs agréable, le jardin soigné. Nous nous sentons comme des invités, grùce à une déco personnelle et chaleureuse, loin d'une ambiance standard que l'on peut retrouver quelquefois dans certaines locations. Le grand plus de ce lieu de vacances : la piscine ! Propreté irréprochable tant à la maison qu'à la piscine. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis par les hĂŽtes, discrets, sympathiques et disponibles en cas de besoin. CATASTROPHIQUE changement proprio

Des prioritaire hyper intrusifs, le pire sĂ©jour que nous ayons eu je suis encore traumatisĂ© par la mĂ©chancetĂ© des propriĂ©taires. ‱ pas de canapĂ© pour pouvoir se poser en famille dans le salon, il y a deux chaises et un lit escamotable non confortable. ‱ pas le droit de sauter dans la piscine !!! ( la dame est venue deux fois nous interdir de sauter car « cela baisse le niveau d’eau de la piscine » ‱ pas le droit d’inviter des amies sinon ils vous menacent d’appeler le commissariat ‱ pas le droit de laisser la piscine ouverte, la propriĂ©taire est venue me dire de fermer la piscine car « l’eau ça s’évapore » alors que cetait juste le temps que nos enfants dĂ©jeunent. La piscine est trĂšs correcte mais dans un Ă©tat lamentable le papier peint au mur est pourri par l’humiditĂ© et la maison rempli de mouches comme jamais j’ai vue ça. ‱ une tondeuse automatique fonctionne toute la journĂ©e dans le jardin donc impossible de laisser les enfants jouaient dehors car ils en avaient peur, quand j’ai demandĂ© Ă  la dame si elle pouvait l’éteindre elle m’a dit que non c’était rĂ©glĂ© automatiquement ‱ pas de machine a laver, donc obligĂ© de demander la proprio si je pouvais utiliser la sienne dans son garage. ‱ vous n’avez pas d’intimitĂ© car lĂ  proprio passe devant la piscine toute la journĂ©e en jetant un coup d’Ɠil sur ce que vous faites. C’est vraiment dommage car la maison est bien placĂ© et elle a beaucoup de potentiel mais les nouveaux proprio sont vraiment MÉCHANT je suis traumatisĂ© d’avoir dĂ©penser 1000e pour une semaine de stresse et de conflits. Ce n’est pas le pire, hier je reçois un mail me disant que je vais ĂȘtre prĂ©levĂ© de 500e de frais supplĂ©mentaires avec une liste de dĂ©gĂąts inventĂ©s par le proprio C’EST TRÈS GRAVE !!!! Je ne me laisserai pas faire.

Location trÚs agréable, bien entretenue. Jardin vraiment spacieux, piscine privée chauffée uniquement pour les locataires ! Propriétaires présents dans leur maison à l'autre bout du terrain, trÚs discrets et sympathiques.
