This condo offer's you peaceful enclave beauty of sunrise and sunsets, serenity, walk's on one of the whitest beaches in the world and turquoise water's. Family and master bedroom is equipped with smart TV's, rooms equipped with comfortable bed's and all the amenities.
The condo offer's you what you'd expect to be at your own home and more, a 2 bdrm/2bath + a huge chase lounge sofa. Huge kitchen with all the appliances included. The living room mirrors that brings in the sunset's to you. When you step on to the balcony, that's where you will find your high end comfortable furnishings and priceless views of the emerald coast.
Option's:
- luxury resort landscaping
- family table games, family friendly DVD's.
- Two Yoga mat's are available for you to use at the condo (please let me know if they have been misplaced).
- sauna, hottub, tennis courts and three pools (one at the Terrace, two at the Pelican) gym
- Optional umbrellas and chairs are available for you to rent on the beach. Please remember: tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Private umbrellas are only allowed behind the rows of rental umbrellas.
- Tiki- Bar is located on the property.
-Market Cafe at the Pelican offer's food delivery to the beach or to the Tiki Bar.
- this unit has keyless entry and you never have to worry about loosing your key at the beach or someone being locked out!
- During the prime season, both the cafe and the Tiki Bar deliver to the beach! Market Cafe has a new amazing chef. Market Cafe also offer's incidentals such as sunscreen, sodas, beach toys, beer and snacks.
- Between Memorial and Labor Day weekends, beach area Play Zone, which has activities throughout the week for children such as arts and crafts. There is also entertainment periodically throughout these months on the sun deck.
- Pelican Beach has catering services and can set up for all of your needs. The office has full details.
