The master and family bedrooms are equipped with smart televisions and comfortable bedding, along with a full complement of amenities.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium, complete with an expansive chaise lounge sofa, provides all the comforts of home and more. It boasts a spacious kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances. The living room features mirrored accents that reflect the stunning sunsets. The private balcony is furnished with high-end, comfortable pieces, offering invaluable views of the Emerald Coast.

Additional amenities include:
- Access to luxury resort landscaping.
- A selection of family-friendly table games and DVDs.
- Two yoga mats are provided for your convenience within the condominium.
- sauna, hottub, tennis courts and three pools (one at the Terrace, two at the Pelican) gym
- Optional umbrellas and chairs are available for you to rent on the beach. Please remember: tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Private umbrellas are only allowed behind the rows of rental umbrellas.

-Market Cafe at the Pelican offer's food delivery to the beach or to the Tiki Bar.
- this unit has keyless entry and you never have to worry about loosing your key at the beach or someone being locked out!
- During the prime season, both the cafe and the Tiki Bar deliver to the beach! Market Cafe has a new amazing chef. Market Cafe also offer's incidentals such as sunscreen, sodas, beach toys, beer and snacks.
- Between Memorial and Labor Day weekends, beach area Play Zone, which has activities throughout the week for children such as arts and crafts. There is also entertainment periodically throughout these months on the sun deck.
- Pelican Beach has catering services and can set up for all of your needs. The office has full details.

What a wonderful place to stay. The balcony was very large with great seating and beautiful views. You couldn’t ask for a better place. The condo was well decorated and perfect for the 4 of us. The resort and its amenities were great too! The resort was complimented by the beautiful white sand beach. Our host was very helpful with recommendations. Looking forward to staying again!

An amazing place to stay!

I highly recommend staying in Nadia’s condo! She was nothing short of amazing with communicating, and keeping me up to date on all of the details. Her condo was decorated absolutely beautiful with everything we needed for our stay. I will definitely be booking with her in the future.

I love love the view. The balcony was o so worth it. Very clean. Only down fall was the nest thermostat the eco temp was set to 76.. every time we turned temp down it would get to it and go straight back up.. end of June is warm and 76 isn't great. The shower in the master room doesn't get really warm shower was like Luke warm. If you need more toilet paper or anything like that you'll have to go to the other building. But over all ver satisfied and will definitely book again..

Perfect Destin Getaway

This is the perfect blend of vacation destination meets home away from home. This condo is situated within the Pelican Beach Resort complex and while the main resort seemed loud and maybe a bit crowded, the Terrace is quiet and peaceful! Absolutely perfect! You can take advantage of all of the resort amenities and then go back to the this quiet condo and relax while enjoying the breathtaking views from huge balcony on the 15th floor! We'll be back!

Destin getaway

This condo was perfect for our getaway. Check in was quick and convenient and the unit super nice. The views were amazing and it’s right in the middle of all the restaurants and hot spots!
