About this property

Luxury Spa Studio a Short Walk From Beach, Cafes and Golf Course.

Located a stone's throw from the beach and a short walk to one of NZ's best golf courses; our renovated studio for two is the perfect place to indulge in luxurious rest and relaxation.

We aim to provide quality and luxury, from the thick carpet under your toes to the large wine glasses and feather duvet on the Super King Bed. It comes complete with an indoor private spa and outdoor heated pool (Nov to March - summer only) and a private deck area. Lean back on the luxury double Power Motion Recliner and watch Netflix or the full range of SKY channels on the 43-inch smart television with a soundbar or cast from your own device. We love to make you feel welcome and comfortable - so anything you need - just ask!

The studio is situated at the far end of our very large home. The children have left, so after a complete renovation in early 2014 this studio room has become a gorgeous place to get away from it all or be within an easy stroll to the beach, cafes, restaurants and shops. With separate access, a secluded balcony and access to the solar heated pool, you can come and go as you please and will not be disturbed. (Note: pool only open in Summer.) The fully tiled ensuite is divine! It includes a large glass shower and a Hot Springs Spa Pool; a welcome sight in the winter after a game of golf, a hike on Kapiti Island or the stunning Paekakariki Escarpment Track.

The kitchenette includes a fridge and microwave, and a BBQ is also provided for your use. A coffee machine is at your disposal and we provide complimentary Nespresso Coffee pods and bedside chocolates.

Your access to the room is down the side of our house, past our main deck area. You have your own key and the access is lit with sensor lighting. We try to make your stay as private and peaceful as possible.

We loved staying at this property for weekend getaway. Location fantastic just one street over from beach and restaurants just 5 minutes walk. We loved the spa pool - great way to end the evening after long walks on beach! The deck has all day sun perfect for morning coffee and sunset glass of wine. Coffee machine is fab and nice touch with chocolates by the bed!

Why they chose this property

Our location is perfect! Quiet and relaxing, yet just a short stroll to pretty much everything you’d need. We have a multitude of restaurants and cafes to choose from within about a 7 minute walk along with the bars and of course the beach and golf course. It would take 5 minutes to walk to where the Kapiti Island adventure tours leave from.

What makes this property unique

Location! Privacy, comfort and plenty of parking for jet ski or boat as well. The spa and the comfortable bed get the most favourable comments!
