About this property

Beautifully decorated, remodeled Amelia by the Sea condo. Sought after first floor, three-
bedroom, two-bath unit with ocean and pier views. Owners purchased and remodeled this unit
in 2020 to be a home away from home, so everything is new and lovely. The beach, pier and
pool are steps away with no need to access stairs or elevators.

The roomy master bedroom contains a king-sized bed, en-suite bath, large closet, and best of
all, a direct ocean view with direct access to the private terrace. The two guest rooms share a
bath--one bedroom has a queen-sized bed with large closet and dresser, and the other has two
queen-sized beds, a chest of drawers and large closet. All three bedrooms and the living room
come equipped with cable TVs with internet access (for Netflix, etc.), and there is free high
speed Wi-Fi throughout.

The large open family room has lots of comfortable seating and beautiful views of the ocean and
pier. The kitchen is open and bright with new stainless steel appliances, a separate beverage
refrigerator, and kitchen bar with stools. The dining area has a large table so up to 8 can dine
comfortably. A washer and dryer are located in the condo for your convenience.

A beach buggy is provided to help carry your towels, chairs and supplies to the shore and back
with ease. Amelia by the Sea also boasts a private fishing pier that is exclusive to our guests
and owners. The pier was recently renovated and extended to approximately 800 feet in length.
No permit is required to fish from the pier. The complex is also equipped with a large pool,
tennis/pickleball courts and community grills and outdoor eating areas.

Amelia by the Sea is gated for your security, and guests are allowed two parking spaces per
condo. Across the street from the complex is dinner and entertainment at the Surf Restaurant,
which offers indoor and outdoor dining on a spacious deck often with live music. The highly
rated 27-hole Fernandina Beach Golf Course is only a two-minute drive away from the property.

Loved our time in Amelia Island

We loved Amelia by the Sea. We could walk to the pier, pool and beach in just a few minutes. The ocean views were beautiful. Jacqueline, the office manager, was so nice and helpful.

Family weekend getaway

Nicely renovated and stocked. Direct access to beach and pool. Better for families with kids, than for people looking for privacy and quiet since it’s on the first floor, with pool right outside.

Perfection for a beach vacation!

To say this property was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday is an understatement! The decor was impeccable for a beach vacation, and put us in that mode as soon as we walked in the door. There were 4 adults in our group, so we each had our own space, but loved the living room and the patio for hanging out. The location was perfect! It was a short - couple of minutes - walk from the door to the beach, and was centrally located on the island so everything was a short drive away. If we ever return to Amelia Island, I will absolutely make sure it's at a time where we can return to this condo.
