in 2020 to be a home away from home, so everything is new and lovely. The beach, pier and
pool are steps away with no need to access stairs or elevators.
The roomy master bedroom contains a king-sized bed, en-suite bath, large closet, and best of
all, a direct ocean view with direct access to the private terrace. The two guest rooms share a
bath--one bedroom has a queen-sized bed with large closet and dresser, and the other has two
queen-sized beds, a chest of drawers and large closet. All three bedrooms and the living room
come equipped with cable TVs with internet access (for Netflix, etc.), and there is free high
speed Wi-Fi throughout.
The large open family room has lots of comfortable seating and beautiful views of the ocean and
pier. The kitchen is open and bright with new stainless steel appliances, a separate beverage
refrigerator, and kitchen bar with stools. The dining area has a large table so up to 8 can dine
comfortably. A washer and dryer are located in the condo for your convenience.
Amelia by the Sea also boasts a private fishing pier that is exclusive to our guests
and owners. The pier was recently renovated and extended to approximately 800 feet in length.
No permit is required to fish from the pier. The complex is also equipped with a large pool,
tennis/pickleball courts and community grills and outdoor eating areas.
Amelia by the Sea is gated for your security, and guests are allowed two parking spaces per
condo. Across the street from the complex is dinner and entertainment at the Surf Restaurant,
which offers indoor and outdoor dining on a spacious deck often with live music. The highly
rated 27-hole Fernandina Beach Golf Course is only a two-minute drive away from the property.

We're excited to share that our building is currently in its final stages of a major refresh to keep the property safe, beautiful, and welcoming for years to come.
The remaining work will focus mainly on painting the exterior of the building and balconies, as well as finishing touches to common areas like stairwells. While you may occasionally notice workers on-site and some daytime noise, it is generally much lighter than earlier construction phases.
Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
No work will take place on weekends
To thank you for your understanding during this improvement period, a discount off the nightly rate will be automatically applied to your stay. Please note that no additional discounts will be available, and no refunds are offered for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
