About this property
Top floor Zen apartment on the Yarra river!
Beautiful sun lit apartment on the top floor of Riviere estate. Directly next to the Yarra River, Studley park and the Abbotsford convent.
This apartment includes all the mod cons such as undercover car space, Dyson cordless vacuum, loads of cooking utensils, private balcony with Weber BBQ, playstation 4 with games, Stereo connected to the TV with chromecast and spotify connect to stream music and videos right from your phone, king size bed, massive couch and voice activated lights. There is a second bedroom which I will be using to store some things, but there is also a motorised sit stand desk , professional office chair in there with 27" monitor which you will be able to use. The apartment is very quiet and has a very relaxing zen vibe.
The place is located at Riviere Apartments in Abbotsford. It is an up and coming grungy neighbourhood with unique bars and restaurants.
I can be a little bit flexible with the dates.
The tenant must be able to water the plants once every 3-4 days.
