This 4 bedroom - 2.5 bath offers a large heated salt water pool where your children will most likely spend the day at and salt water pool is also a great advantage for people with a chlorine allergy, Two Colored LED pool lighting for a romantic evening, pool bath, Gas Grill, Lounge Chairs, large kitchen with everything you need for a perfect vacation getaway. Living room is equipped with Cable TV, DVD and Mini Computer. Two Kayaks. FREE WIFI. The master bedroom offers a king bed, Cable TV and on suite bath with large walk-in shower. The other 3 bedrooms offers a Queen bed, 2 Twin Beds and a single bed. We look forward to welcoming you to our Villa Surfside in Sunny SW Cape Coral, FL.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a wonderful vacation here at Surfside! The pool was awesome, home was spacious, the manager Caroline was great! We will be back next year!

Nice but dated house. Could use some updating and a deep cleaning. There was a thick layer of dust on the plants and fan blades. The pool was heated but not warm enough to overcome the cool nights, so it was still mostly too cold to swim unfortunately. The house had abundant sliding doors (that could use some maintenance) that really open up the space and allow for a nice breeze. Overall the house was decent and served it's purpose. The area is filled with vacation rentals and there were better values nearby, but it's hard to know this until you are there. We know for next time.

Wonderful vacation home

The house and location were wonderful. Enjoyed the pool and tanning on the deck almost every day. The rental arrangements were smooth and ready, and the owner was great.

Great family stay

It was a perfect place to stay with our daughter, son-in-law, and 3 grandkids! . The location was convenient for morning Starbucks run and picking up groceries, as well as local day trips. We all loved spending hours in the heated, lighted pool! The host was super responsive to the couple questions we asked. Definitely recommend!

Very nice!

Home was as advertised on Vrbo. The home had everything we could of asked for. The neighborhood was quiet and safe as we went for several walks. Our only item we would doc for is there was no spare toilet paper….but there were several Publix stores in the area. We would definitely stay there again!

This place is amazing!

This was our first VRBO experience and it was seamless! The place was very clean and exceeded all my expectations! The extras included with our stay really made a huge difference- beach towels, cooler, etc.

Cape Coral Vacation

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures and a very comfortable home. The property manager was great and immediately attended to any repairs that were needed. The pool was spectacular and the patio very spacious. We will be renting again.

Beautiful Home!

Clean and spacious house! The pool was wonderful to come back to and relax after a day out. It’s not directly on the canal, which I knew when I booked it, but opted for this house based on the pics and other reviews- and we weren’t disappointed at all!! Would definitely stay here again and was sad to have to leave.

We enjoyed our stay at Surfside Villa! Very nice neighborhood and close to shopping and restaurants. The house is large and comfortable. The best part is the pool area. Lots of seating and loungers. We spent several afternoons just floating in the pool and enjoying the sunshine. The Property Manager is great and is very helpful.

Very nice property and neighborhood

We had a very enjoyable stay. The home was well-furnished and in excellent shape. The kitchen had all the cookware and utensils we needed. There were plenty of towels/linens including pool/beach towels. The pool area was beautiful. The property is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood - great for morning walks. I definitely recommend this property if you are planning a trip to the Cape Coral/Fort Myers area.

We loved it!

This is a lovely property, exactly as advertised ... in a quiet, clean neighborhood. We were a quick drive to fresh seafood markets, groceries, parks, and the beach. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and the grill is a great touch. The heated pool was excellent ... we spent so much time swimming and enjoying the lania/outdoor living space! If we're back in Florida anytime soon, this is definitely where we'd return.

Beautiful clean house....huge pool area. Great neighborhood for walking and biking also convenient to everything we needed. The house has great space... master is on one side of the house and kids had their own space on their side. You can see the pool from almost every room which is great with kids. Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful Home

Beautiful, clean home in a quiet area. We had no issues and enjoyed the 2 weeks we were there. I would definitely come back. Great location. Only feedback I may have would be to be better stocked with household things such as toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, etc.... Thank you for renting to us and letting us enjoy this beautiful home.
