Charming 3-bedroom bungalow with true Austin vibe! The Sapphire House is located just a mile east of the University of Texas, and 2 miles from the heart of the city.

It's equipped with everything you need to have a great stay - washer/dryer, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of clean towels and fresh linens.

There are a total of 2 queen beds and 3 double beds in the home. The living room is cozy, but the bedrooms are a good size, and the eat-in dining room is open to a renovated kitchen.

You'll be living in the heart of the diverse, gentrifying and desirable Cherrywood neighborhood, with it's vintage bungalows, amazing new-builds, and so much character! This is the place for you if you enjoy seeing people pass by walking their dogs, kids playing in the street, and the occasional rooster cross the road!

Your vacation home is just a 10-15 minute walk from these incredible restaurants: Nixta, Unit D Pizzeria, Haymaker, El Chilitos, Salty Sow, Dai Due, Mi Madres, the Wheel, Austin Daily Press, and Austin's original health food spot, Juiceland.
