Nice garden of 65 m2 facing south in a house architect, completely renovated in 2010, with fenced garden and stone landscaped areas, with a comfortable living room, 2 bedrooms and a large landscaped garden area. sun, ping pong table under the pines.
Beautiful fully equipped kitchen, living room, TV, wifi, fully air conditioned, central heating, comfortable and very quiet.
Ideally located on the south shore of the Gulf of Ajaccio, this character house offers indoor / outdoor quality and fully satisfy couples and families.
On site, sea kayaking available and availability for hiking advice all levels.

Séjour calme et tranquille à 1km de la plage. le contact avec l'hôte est très bon. Madame Bucci est prévoyante et très disponible, tout en restant assez discrète. Je recommande ce lieu vivement pour une famille.

Ruhige Unterkunft und nette Vermieterin

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir sind schwer begeistert von dieser tollen Insel. Sie ist so schön und abwechslungsreich. Die Menschen sind sehr freundlich und zugängig. Am Ankunftstag wurden wir sehr herzliche von unserer Vermieterin begrüßt. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich und es war alles vorhanden. Zur Begrüßung fanden wir im Kühlschrank Wasser. Die Vermieterin spricht französisch und wir konnten uns super per E-Mail und dem Übersetzer verständigen. Sie ist sehr nett, umsichtig und hat uns Marmelade geschenkt. Lecker :-) Einzig, der Strand ist mindestens 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das war eine kleine Enttäuschung, denn laut Beschreibungen sollten es 3 Minuten sein. Natürlich aber auch kein Problem. Wir haben ganz in der Nähe einen kleinen, ruhigen Strand gefunden. Unsere Hündin hatte sehr viel Spass und konnte sich frei bewegen. Trotz Hundeverbot gab es am Strand keine Probleme. Ganz im Gegenteil. Wir durften einen super schönen Urlaub auf Korsika erleben dürfen.

Wir hatten 7 schöne Tage in dieser Unterkunft. Nette Vermieterin auch wenn wir wenig französisch verstanden haben. Toll gelegen zu vielen schönen Stränden. Mare del Sol ist zu empfehlen.

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Eine wunderbare Gastgeberin mit einer sehr sauberen, nützlich eingerichteten Wohnung. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Bei Fragen stand Frau Bucci uns jederzeit zur Verfügung. Auch unser Beagle hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.😊😊😊

Un agréable séjour

Appartement propre et confortable, au rez de jardin de la maison principale, à proximité des jolies plages du golfe (en voiture). L’environnement est calme dans cette zone très touristique en été. Il ne faut pas manquer le coucher de soleil sur la terrasse de la propriétaire ! Merci pour votre accueil.

Vacances inoubliables

Première expérience en Corse "Ajaccio", on a passé des bonnes vacances, en commençant par une bonne accueil de Christine, présentation de sa maison chaleureuse, très propre, et bien équipée. Des lits confortables, le nécessaire pour la cuisine etc. située dans un quartier calme et très proche de la plage. Une belle plage avec des divers activités ainsi q les restos. Merci Christine.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire. Le logement était conforme à l’annonce. Malheureusement suite à un dégât des eaux survenu le jour même de notre arrivée nous n’avons pas pu rester bien que la propriétaire nous avait trouvé un logement juste à côté mais dans lequel il manquait un couchage. La propriétaire était très embêtée pour nous et n’a pas hésité à nous rembourser. Je tiens vraiment à dire que le logement était malgré tout très bien et que la fuite n’était pas dûe à un mauvais entretien.

Ce logement a répondu à nos attentes. Par ailleurs, il est situé dans un endroit calme et reposant.

Très bon séjour. Logement proche de la plage, pas très éloigné des commerces et situé dans un endroit paisible. Possibilité de randonner sans faire trop de kilomètres en voiture.

Schön und ruhiger gelegen

Die Location ist eine Einliegerwohnung auf einem wunderschönen eingewachsenen Anwesen oberhalb der Bucht. Die nette Vermieterin wohnt auf dem Grundstück. Der Blick von ihrer Terasse zum Meer ist sagenhaft. Die Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für alle möglichen Unternehmungen. Rundherum gibt es viele schöne Strände. Ein Auto ist aber schon empfehlenswert. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, die elektrischen Geräte inklusive Klimaanlage haben gut funktioniert. Das Kinderzimmer hat kein Aussenfenster, sondern geht ins Wohnzimmer. Optisch getrennt wird es mit einer Jalousie. Die Terasse der Einliegerwohnung ist mit schönen Möbeln und Sonnenschirmen ausgestattet. Auch die großen Pinien haben einen angenehmen Schatten gespendet. Praktisch ist der Hintereingang direkt ins Bad und dem davor vorhandenen Gartenwasser, bei dem man sich draußen den Sand abwaschen konnte, sowie die vorhandenen Wäscheleinen, um die Strandtücher zu trocknen. Wir haben hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht.
