*NEW ADDED, mini splits in all 1st floor rooms* This casual pet friendly three bedroom retreat nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac is just a short drive to First Encounter Beach. Multi-level living space with the living room, 1st floor bedroom with twins, and full bath all on the same floor. Down a few steps is the dining and new kitchen with sliders leading out to a spacious deck. Upstairs will feature two guest rooms and full bath along with a small loft space for kids entertainment. There is a pull out queen sofa in the family room. Enjoy wifi, cable, air conditioning, and board games during your stay. After a long day of sun and sand, take a lovely shower in our large outside shower and then relax on one of the two decks and enjoy the privacy of the large wooded property. Read peacefully on the sunset deck, BBQ and eat out on tables on the main deck, play horseshoes, badminton or corn hole in the large yard. Take a bike ride to the Cape Cod Bike Trail, drive over to the National Seashore beaches. $100 per booking pet fee associated with bringing your furry friend! Short Getaways available with an added cleaning fee. Save the cleaning fee by booking 7 or more consecutive nights. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

Great Eastham location!

Very comfortable house in a great location. Plenty of space for our group of 5 adults, and pet-friendly as well. Nice outdoor deck space for dining and relaxing. Convenient to both bayside and ocean beaches, and an easy ride to the Rail Trail. Hard to go wrong with this place!
