.. This property features all the modern amenities that one would expect to find in a recent build. The home is immaculate and so roomy and promises to be just what you're looking for to spend your holiday in paradise. Whether you are three couples traveling together, a family looking for a good size home to relax in, or a couple desiring an extra spacious getaway for two, this is the home for you.

Located in the Deep Creek neighborhood of Punta Gorda (Port Charlotte) puts you in close proximity to a variety of shopping, dining, entertainment, golf, Port Charlotte Center (Murdock Circle), downtown Punta Gorda, the jewel of Florida's southwest coast.

The open floor plan features a fully equipped Kitchen. The large island has seating for 4. A formal Dining area contains a large table with seating for 6. Off the KITCHEN, the nook contains a recliner, great for reading or taking a nap. A very Comfortable Family Room rounds out the main living area equipped with a 65" smart TV & seating for 6.

The Primary bedroom offers a KING SIZE BED, TV, Walk in Closet, dresser, and a spacious ensuite consisting of separate sink vanities, an OVER-SIZED WALK IN SHOWER, and PRIVATE toilet.
On the opposite side of the house you will find the 2 guest bedrooms and the second full bathroom containing a tub/shower combination, toilet, and sink vanity. This bathroom is DIRECTLY accessible to the lanai & pool. (Nice feature)

The sliding doors, in the great room, lead to the Lanai & Pool area.
This is where you will spend most of your time. Whether you are having your morning coffee or you're enjoying a meal, this is what Florida Living is all about. It's why you're here!

The Gulf BEACHES are 45 minutes away and worth every minute of travel. Englewood Beach, Blind Pass Beach, Stump Pass State Park on Manasota Key & the beaches of Boca Grande on Gaspirilla are the nearest Gulf beaches. Port Charlotte Beach Park & Beach Park in Punta Gorda are merely 10 minutes away and offer a variety of activities on Charlotte Harbor.

Charlotte County is clearly a boating and fishing community but it is also home to so many GOLF courses that it could easily be labeled a golf destination. Charlotte golf is affordable, and offers an infinite variety of length, layout, location, difficulty, and price.
Deep Creek Golf Club, Kings Gate Golf Club and Maple Leaf Golf are just 5 minutes away from our home. Just a little further are Twin Isles, Riverwood, Myakka Pines, and Heron Creek. All offering public tee times.

Area ENTERTAINMENT & ATTRACTIONS include the Peace River Wildlife Center nestled in the mangroves at Ponce de Leon Park, Octagon Wildlife Sanctuary on Horseshoe Road, PG, Charlotte Harbor Environmental Center on Burnt Store Road, Charlotte County Performing Arts Center, Military Heritage Museum, Vietnam Wall Replica, Peace River Botanical & Sculpture Gardens, the list goes on and on.

Perfect vacation

The house is beautiful and the host communication was excellent. We enjoyed the home and the area for 10 days around Christmas and New Year’s. The pool and hot tub were used daily and everyone had a nice time. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Property in Deep Creek

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was beautiful, and the pool was perfect. The kitchen island is so large and was a great place to gather. The master bathroom walk in shower was large and spacious. The owner thought of everything - offering beach chairs and towels for your trip to the beach. The neighborhood is a short drive to downtown Punta Gorda. (10 minutes) We loved the Fisherman's Village for shopping and dining. And we also took day trips to Naples (about 1 hour away) and Englewood Beach (about 45 minutes away). The owner is very responsive and easy to contact via text. Thank you Sue & Stan for a wonderful week in Florida. We will definitely stay again when we come to visit family!

Escape from winter’s snow and wind

This is a well designed and comfortable residence. Cool temperatures kept us from using the pool but the hot tub was a great way to end the day. We enjoyed the area and travelled to five area beaches for different adventures each day of our stay.

Great Place to stay when escaping the cold weather of Wisconsin in January

Very nice & clean home in Punta Gorda. Quiet neighborhood. Had a bit of a crazy start arriving a couple of hours early and not being able to get the spa started & pool to warm up but Stan was there to help us every step of the way to walk us through it. Loved the full kitchen set up. We were able to chose whether we wanted to eat in & dine out. Was glad I read the reviews before we arrived so I could bring our supplies such as dishwasher/ dish soap ,hand soap, extra toilet paper, tissue, plastic bags & paper towels Thanks for your hospitality Stan &Sue

It was a great place to stay the week. Its a very nice clean home with a great pool and hot tub. The toddler fence and the shallow part of the pool was amazing for our children. The owners where great to communicate with.

We loved every minute of our one week stay. The home was clean, comfortable, pretty and modern. The pool area was amazing. We appreciated the laundry room so we didn’t have to pack dirty clothes home. We appreciated the beach chairs and beach umbrella. We went to the beach several days and it was nice to borrow the equipment. The owner is friendly, respectful and responsive. We will return the next time we travel to Florida. I highly recommend this rental to anyone. You get more than you pay for..,worth every dollar!

Beautiful Home

We spent 9 nights at this home. It was extremely clean and in excellent condition. The pool and spa were also clean and the heat (for an additional cost) worked well. Here is what I loved: 1. Perfect size for a family of 6! Plenty of seating and nice furniture. 2. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. (Grill was dirty and we had a bit of a grease fire when we started it up but performed well the rest of the stay.) Well stocked with plates, bowls, cups, utensils. There were a few basic pantry items like oil and a couple seasonings. Filtered water from the fridge was a huge bonus! 3. Bathrooms are spacious and had plenty of space for our toiletries. Master shower was great! Lots of towels in each bathroom. 4. Beds were very comfortable with high quality linens and decent pillows. 5. Home has a beach umbrella, several beach chairs, 6 beach towels and a small cooler. 6. Quiet & safe neighborhood. 7. Great communication from the owner. 8. Checkout was one of the easiest we have had at a VRBO. I really appreciate owners who don’t give a huge list of things to do the morning you leave. Some cons: 1. Not the most convenient location if you want to be out and about a lot. There were some fast food restaurants and grocery stores close to the home. Beaches are quite a drive (we knew this when booking but it’s worth mentioning). We found we really enjoyed downtown Punta Gorda and that was also a bit of a drive. 2. Not a lot of supplies will be provided. We had a starter of 1 dishwasher pod, an almost empty dish soap, almost empty bottle of laundry detergent, a couple extra rolls of TP per bathroom, an extra roll of paper towels, 2 garbage sacks, hand soap at each sink although 2 were almost empty. I had previously asked what to expect for supplies so I came with extra of each of these items but I wanted to make sure it was in a review for future renters to have a heads up. Overall, this is one of the best VRBOs we have stayed at. If you want a quiet place to relax, this is your spot. I would definitely recommend this house to friends and family traveling to the area!

Great place to stay if your looking to just chill out in the hot tub and pool! Stan was awesome and answered all our questions quick. It had everything we needed to cook and such and it was furnished so beautifully. Thanks Stan and Sue! We loved your place!

Why they chose this property

We chose to have our second home built in Deep Creek because of its proximity to golf, the beautiful beaches of Charlotte County, and charming Punta Gorda.
Additionally, Deep Creek was designed with 100's of Cul-De-Sac's keeping through traffic to a minimum resulting in a quiet neighborhood. It is also a deed restricted community which helps keep the properties looking nice.
