This two-story home has 4 queen bedrooms and 2 modernized bathrooms featuring a shower and a tub. It has a fully appointed kitchen with oven, stove, and dishwasher and a laundry area with a fully functioning washer and a dryer. It has a dining area, and 2 cozy living rooms with a sofa and smart TV. Outside, there is a patio and an open field backyard good for outdoor activities and strolling around.

East Launceston is filled with gorgeous, 20th century homes which have been thoughtfully restored. As Launceston's premier suburb you will find many shops, eateries and amenities within walking distance.
Make your way to Abbott Street, which is often bustling with locals of a morning and on weekends visiting some of Launceston’s most renowned cafés and shops. Relish Cafe and Maple Cafe are delightful places to eat, both offering outdoor seating options while serving up delicious meals to their customers daily. Stop by the beloved Alps & Amici, where you will find quality, gourmet grocery options, along with amazing, hearty take-away meals.
Take a stroll to St Georges Square Park,where you will find many eateries and shops wrapping around the recreational grounds. Here you will be presented with a range of delicious, local cafes to fill your belly, gift stores for you to explore, and a boutique grocery store to cater to all your grocery needs. This area accommodates a range of local food trucks each evening and provides the perfect space for you to enjoy a peaceful picnic, whilst watching the children play on the play equipment.
Nearby, you will find the Launceston Aquatic Centre. Here you will find a full swimming centre, which includes a large lap pool, an indoor aqua playground, therapy pools and a gym.
The suburb is within walking distance to Launceston’s city centre, providing you with easy access to many tasty cafés and restaurants, an array of shops and boutiques and a vast range of cocktail bars and pubs. The Cataract Gorge is a spectacular natural formation where you can enjoy long and short walks, fresh water swimming basins, the world's longest single-span chairlift and vibrant peacocks! An additional, unique way to experience this attraction is via the Tamar Cruise vessel, which cruises through the waters that carve between the rocky formations.
