Stunning Views with Pool & Spa

Come and enjoy this Lake Havasu getaway with lake view pool & spa (pet friendly). Amazing views of the lake and mountains with gorgeous sunsets from the backyard! We are a 10 minute drive to London Bridge and downtown. London Bridge Beach, Lake Havasu State Park, golf, casinos, nightlife, and the boardwalk along Bridgewater Channel are nearby, making any stay here one for the books! Fully stocked kitchen, newly furnished, spacious, updated decor, BBQ and tons of parking for cars/boats. Perfect for groups and extended families.

NO GARAGE ACCESS. Flat Driveway with plenty of room for your boat and 2 cars/trucks.

POOL & SPA: The pool cannot be heated, but you can use the spa as much as you want!

PROPANE FOR BBQ: A full propane tank for the BBQ is not included. If it’s empty and you want to use it just exchange the tank at the gas station for about $20. If it’s full you scored! 😁

Kitchen: Duel Carafe/Single Pod Coffee Maker, Water/Tea Kettle, Crockpot, Small Air Fryer, Small Food Processor, Blender, Mandoline Slicer, and everything you need to cook amazing meals!

Yearly Family River Trip

The house is beautiful and the perfect size with a good backyard. The host communicated well with us also. We stayed with another family and the sleeping arrangements were perfect for our 4 adults and 4 children. We will definitely stay here again.

This was by far one of the best vacation rentals we have stayed at in Havasu ( we have stayed at ALOT) the check in was so easy and seamless, the house was so clean, the beds and sheets were some of the comfiest for a vacation rental, the use of the pool was so well explained and easy to use. And it was amazing it was pet friendly! It’s super hard to find rentals that are pet friendly especially because we have big dogs, but we love taking our fur babies on the boat so that was a highlight! They have everything you need and check out was a breeze! We hopefully will get a chance to stay again next season! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Perfect Trip

My wife and I just spent 9 days at this property, couldn't have been better. The house is just as advertised, fully stocked with everything we needed. The owners were super easy to communicate with (though we didn't really need to do at all once we arrived). We enjoyed the heated spa in the cool evenings, Jason's video on how to operate it is was easy and spot-on. Great quiet location, close to town, but not too close! Stargazing with the telescope also fun. Great house, and we expect to be back, hopefully soon.

Great house in LHC

Love the floor plan with two bedrooms on one side of house and master bedroom on the other side of the house, general area in the middle. Was pleasantly surprised to have a pantry in the kitchen. The appliances used all worked great! My dog, Lexi and I felt at “home” and safe in the house and neighborhood. The house was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. Dog parks, London Bridge, Topock Gorge, hikes, and a visit to Oatman. Such a nice relaxing month. Thank you!

Just finished up our summer week of boating in Lake Havasu. This was our second summer staying at this house. The owners are great to work with and the house/location is perfect. I now refuse to stay anywhere else if possible.

Owners communication was excellent. House very clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with cookware, small appliances, etc. Pool wasn’t heated like I hoped but maybe that’s normal. Hot tub was glorious!! Beds are VERY comfortable. We’d definitely rent this home again.

Loved our stay!

Both house and pool are amazing with views of the lake and desert mountains. We used the hot tub every morning and during warmer days, the pool - which is pristine. Boating on beautiful lake Havasu and riding ATV’s in the desert were sooo much fun. There are hiking trails that are accessible a few house up the street. We stayed a month and loved that it is a perfect location for side trips to Las Vegas and even visited friends in Palm Springs for a weekend. The hosts are delightful and responsive to any needs and questions you may have.

Practically Perfect

We have been vacationing in Havasu for 25+ years. Often the first visit we make after checking in, is to the store. Cleaning products, pots/pans, silverware, cookware, you name it. I don’t think my wife is over the top, but even I can see dust, crumbs, grime. The is the first home where we had to do NOTHING! It’s was such a great feeling to just crash and unwind. Quiet neighborhood, lots of TV to choose from and the pool/hot tub, perfect as well. The chemicals were spot on. I’ve had to fix many a pools chemicals on arrival, they did a great job here as well. They care about their home, and it shows. No second hand furniture, everything was new. Great to deal with and fast to answer. Thanks again for a great vacation and we will be back
