We had an excellent stay here - walkable distance from the beautiful Redwood forest, in a lovely quiet neighbourhood & only a short drive from the centre city. Also conveniently close to the airport! The house was clean, comfortable & spacious, a well equipped kitchen too which was great for us as we cooked each night. Would absolutely stay here again. Thanks very much for having us!

The house was great for our family of four. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great location and an easy drive to all of the activities we did in Rotorua. Really appreciated the treats on arrival too!

I can find nothing to say that is not complimentary. This is a special home with great features provided. The family cat is a bonus - meets you at the front door, says hello and then goes home. Wonderful place to stay

Comfortable and quiet

Great little spot

Good spot 5 minutes from town in a good area. Close to the Redwoods, if doing “The Loop”. Plenty of space for 6 of us. Clean and tidy.

Cozy, convenient and quiet

A lovely little house just outside of town. If you’re looking for some quiet, this place is excellent. With everything you need and a couple of minutes away from the Redwood forest area, it’s a perfect choice away from the motels. Clean, comfortable beds and a real home away from home. Highly recommended.

Fabulous Break Away

Great place to stay. It had everything we needed including the rack to hang and clean the bikes on. It was clean, tidy and in a really quiet part of town. We will definitely be back.

We liked the ease of check in. The communication with the Host. The vacation home was clean and tidy. Great to have tea and coffee and basics in the cupboard so that we did not have to pack extra groceries. The property was private and quiet.Games and TV if you have the time. Beds were comfortable sheets clean and pressed. Showers were hot and water plentiful. All in all a great stay. Thank you
