A beautiful villa with a private quiet and shady courtyard and parking for 1 car.
It is 50 sq m., consists of 2 rooms and features excellent interior design and decoration with an artistic touch.
The entrance to the villa leads directly to a comfortable living room with dining area and large corner sofa.
In the hallway to the bedroom there is the fully equipped kitchen, a large window overlooking the back terrace and the toilet with shower and washing machine.
The large bedroom has a double bed or 2 single beds & closets.
For 7-day reservation, a complete cleaning is carried out in between.
